I am thinking of getting this one. I have Bootcamp on VHS but it sounds like I need the premixes for it. What about ME? What do you think of this workout? Thanks in advance!
Hi Tallchick!! The BC/ME dvd is great, I love both workouts, ME is great for overall body weight work, also there is an awesome bonus combo premix that combines both BC and ME for a great hour long workout }( HTH!!
I'm just going to reiterate that. BootCamp doesn't really "do it" for me - it's a good workout, not a great one. Add the ME bonus combo and that changes. I really like that - it keeps my heart rate up and actually works me.
A real plus to the Bootcamp DVD are the premixes. Many don't like the core work during Bootcamp because it brings the heart rate way down. The "everything but core" premix solves that.
ME is one of my favorites. I like the upper body premix (which is well edited) when doing a upper/lower split.
Both ME and BootCamp are good workouts - the DVD is definitely worth having. Great premixes! I probably use those more to tack on with other workouts then I do the workouts themselves! The great thing about the DVD is having all these options!
