Lowmax Blasts Only premix --have you done this?

No, *I* haven't done this, and don't think I will anytime soon--but has anyone done the Blasts Only premix of Lowmax?

Just very curious! Humor me!

C'mon Gisela try it, you know you waaaannna....}( ;-) I really like this premix, it's quick and dirty, gets the job done. I would use this as an add on to a leg circuit workout to get a really good buzz going in the lower body. Part of why I love this premix is because of neck and vertebral disc issues I can't do heavy barbell squats much any more:( , these non weighted options work my legs without taxing my fussy neck. Give it a go, c'mon!!:7

That's what I was thinking--it probably works well as an add-on.

Well Laurie--I dunno! I need to work up to that a bit. I mean, I need to work up to that A LOT. Not quite ready!

But knowing people actually use it--the idea will linger in my mind for sure.

I did a hi/lo mish-mosh of MIC hi/lo and the Low Max blasts. It was a lot of fun and a great workout. My heart rate was up the entire time with the blasts. I think it would be great as an add-on for a short intense cardio workout.

I think it is definitely an add on for legs day. If blasts are done with that focus it is very much a leg day with cardio as side benefit, IMO. I actually do the blast only with Imax 1, 2, 3 as well as a Plyo type day.
 
I have. I haave also done Imax 3 blasts only. Nothing can compare to that. LoMax blasts, I don't you will have any problems. Try it...

Sometimes I like to add an extra leg day in and I will do this premix with a medicine ball (as recommended by Aquajock). It burns the legs good and my shoulders are toast at the end as well from holding that darn ball!:)

I do The Lowmax Blasts only premix after I do the whole workout, whenver I do this particular workout. this gives me a 90 minute workout. I just added the Aquajock twist in the last few weeks, of adding the medicine ball to the blasts!

Low max is one of my favorite workouts - the leg blasts only is like icing on a cake!

I add Lowmax Blasts premix to Supersets. I use it as a warm-up and it times out just over an hour with both workouts. I LOVE Supersets but for some reason the under 60 minutes bugs me, like I didn't quite do enough-feeling.
 
Oh my! I did the blasts with the med ball a couple of days ago and it was awesome. For anybody that's scared of doing the blasts only premix all I have to say is try it. Without a med ball first, of course, until you master them all. You can add them at the end of any short cardio or do the warm up of LM first (the premix does not have the warm up at the beginning) and then do the blasts. I also do this with the blasts of KM and the leg conditioning drills of KM. :)
