I love HIIT....it has done wonders for my body. I've gotten really fit in just about all areas... and endurance wise...no problem i do well. It's just all the high impact is killer on my lower back....drives me crazy because it's inhibiting me. For those of you who have similar issues...have you found a good balance as to how many days a week seems to work to where you avoid some of the pain? I don't wanna stop all together...so frustrating.
