Lower Back

I love HIIT....it has done wonders for my body. I've gotten really fit in just about all areas... and endurance wise...no problem i do well. It's just all the high impact is killer on my lower back....drives me crazy because it's inhibiting me. For those of you who have similar issues...have you found a good balance as to how many days a week seems to work to where you avoid some of the pain? I don't wanna stop all together...so frustrating.:(
 
I also LOVE Hiit and have lower back issues. Thankfully, its been pretty good during my current STS/Shock Cardio Rotation.

The two things I believe help me the most are my sneakers (Ryka Intensity) and extra stretching.
 
Classical Stretch has done wonders for my back pain and just makes my body feel good. I've gotten back to doing Classical stretch (did it 4 times this week) along with HiiT and Slow & Heavy and I feel great.
