I just had to share that I just got done doing Low Max for the second time in one day !!!Am I crazy ???? LOL:) :) :) It felt great too !!!!:)

I just finished Low Max yesterday - love, love, love it! Wouldn't try it twice in one day though. You must have smoked a little of the wacky weed today.;-)

If I was forced to do TWO Cathe workouts in one day, it would be LoxMax! :7 Love it but don't think I'd be able to crawl to my computer to tell you about it! :7 :7 I get major DOMS doing it ONCE!

Just be sure to leave the phone by your bed to call someone when you can't get out of it in the morning

Yup you're a loon! ;)

I've been known to do two in a row, though haven't with Cathe yet. I think that might kill me...hehe.

I agree with PamHurley - I think you've been smokin' something, girl! I did Low Max ONCE today and although I enjoyed it, it never crossed my mind to put myself through it again. Where do you get your energy?!?!?

I'm doing 2-a-days right now. My daughter has been working out w/ Cathe now for one month and has lost 6 pounds! Her rotation is:

Bootcamp - usually for about 45 min.
KickMax WarmUp, Combo 1,2,3 and Blast, sometimes leg toning drills
Push Pull
StretchMax + CoreMax. (Choose one from each)

Its a simple plan but it is working for her!! She's very excited about the results.

I'm doing this with her in addition to my Cathe Cardio Strength rotation I do in the mornings.

So...today I did a 3 mile run in 31 minutes, Muscle Max, Bootcamp and StretchMax #2.
Yowza! So I don't feel too badly that I ate 2 Godiva Chocolate truffles, even though I usually don't. Hubby brought it home for me. :D

Yep, you are crazy! Can you walk this morning?

You too with the run,MM,BC....

Does Cathe make us all loones??? :)

If Cathe was a drug....we would nedd one heck of a 12 step program. "Hello, my name is Renee, and I am a Cathe addict." "Yes, I fell off the wagon today and did KP&C, but it was sooo goood!"

Nobody get me, I am not poking fun at true addictions!

Good job girls! I have done a Cathe cardio+Cathe strength in the morning, then a Christi cardio in the afternoon....but never 2 Cathe cardios in one day! You gals rock!

While I think it's great that you have so much energy, may I offer a bit of advice? You are not doing yourself any favors by overtraining. It isn't going to get you better or faster results. Take it from me, someone who has the tendency to do the same thing. While I do a good bit of working out each day also, I don't do anywhere near what you indicated above.

The are several things that might happen with this kind of schedule. The first is a possible injury from overdoing it. Also, you might burn yourself out and get to the point you don't want to (or can't) do anything. And last, your muscles do not need to be worked that much at once. They need time to rest and repair in order to see results. I think you'll be happier if you don't do so much at once. Save that great energy for the next day!

Good luck! :D

If you are talking to me....thank you. However, I'm taking it pretty easy on the evening workout and the ONLY reason I am doing 2-a-days is to help my daughter establish a habit. As soon as is comfortable on her own and really knows how to do the exercises, I will either invite her to join me early or let her do hers on her own. When I'm with her, I'm paying attention to her and my own workout is not what I want it to be. I was an athlete from jr. high to college, so I've done seasons of this amount of workouts before. In general, I agree- not a good idea, instead focus your time into 90 min or less. I'm actually enjoying it, though. Reminds me of the old days! :)

Amy B and Merrybaker - Please be careful with overtraining. While I admire your stamina and drive, this is a WHOLE lot of work for one day!!

Good morning .I feel fine this morning ,easy day today Core Max/Stretch Max only LOL ,But I wanna do more !!!! Trying not to tweek Cathes Rotation for me to much ,Just had to get rid of that weekend Choc Binge LOL .It really felt great doing Low Max twice in one day !!!! :) :) :) :) .No DOMS Yet !!! LOL

This reminds me of the old days when I would take 2 spins classes back to back or play racquetball for hours after a rigorous spin class. I wouldn't do it all the time, and it felt pretty good at the time....although I was plenty wiped out by the end of the day!

Mary, Mary, I'm contrary, so I am going to go out on a limb and give you 20 lashes with a wet whole wheat noodle and here's why: Twice you said you wanted to work off a binge and you have spoken in the language of eating disorders.

Fit babes can eat chocolate for no other reason than it's too good not to eat! I have worked out long and I have worked out hard but the minute I equate burning calories with the eating them, I have to give myself a big butt kicking, suspend my chocolate privilges and call in an intervention. Having my step taken away is not out of the question! I train smart and eat smart and if I should blow that every now and again, no big whoop.

Food is fuel and eating is a pleasure with no guilt allowed. Workouts are work and play and keep me slim, strong and happy. The components come together in a beautifully choreographed dance and there's no place for too little or too much of anything.

Anorexia, bulimia and exercise bulimia, which is exercising to burn junk calories, all start with a real thrill like you experienced when you did Low Max twice. I may be reading more into this, and perhaps overstepping my bounds, but love must be tough! I love you ladies too much to keep my big mouth shut. I caution you now. Be careful. Eating and exercise can become a living hell and a seemingly fit lifestyle can mask a dangerous and ugly obsession that has a very high price. It's addictive, it's frightening and it's hard to get rid of if it is allowed to take root. Don't go there, sweetie. There's no merrymaking in eating disorders! Your posts gave me a chill!
