low max too easy

I like to pretend I'm on the set with Cathe, too! Or sometimes I imagine I'm performing on a stage. It pushes me to keep going when I feel like wimping out and really makes a difference in intensity.

That's a good way to up the intensity. I find that when I make my movements as crisp as I can, and workout as if I'm in a video, I get a more intense workout. It also kind of distracts you from the fact that you are working harder.
 
Okay, I did Pinky's version again this morning, and I can barely walk!!! It's a good feeling, but I have a very sore butt!! LOL... I even burned 130 less calories than I did the last time (guess some days are easier than others...)
