Low Max..Not for Wimps

Did Lowmax for first time last night. Did the step combo only premix. It was lots of fun! I got tripped up on some of the moves but not to the point where I was getting mad. I look forward to trying this one again.

No blasts for me until AFTER the baby is born!:)

With out the blasts, I found it to be a great pregnancy work out...no modification needed (except for step height maybe) coz it's not high impact! YEAY! :7

I loved this workout! It was especially kind to my knees. I know I'll be incorporating this one into rotations alot just because of that. But I thought it was a fun, well thought out workout and my legs were tired by the end, and felt very "worked". The music went well the routine, and I enjoyed doing it.

I have to admit that I don't love LowMax. I used a 10-inch step to pump up the intensity (yes, I know that isn't advised...), but I still wasn't feeling the fun factor, and didn't feel as challenged cardiovascularly as I would have liked. It WAS really hard on the legs, and I loved the challenge there; Low Max may be really good as an add-on or as part of another workout as in Hardcore Extreme. I guess I'm just more of a high-impact girl. Imax 3 on the other hand was a killer, and totally fun!:) :) :) :)

i did low max this morning and liked it well enough.. but i have to say i don't think it has any fun factor :( just MHO....
