Hello everyone,

I have been looking at the presale the last week thinking OMG!! I would love to have them all but I am on a 3rd floor in an apartment and cannot jump around etc.. so I don't feel like I can take advantage of the entire set.

In the low impact series (considering my living situation) which video do you think I can get which won't cause the neighbors call the cops on me for jumpin around hearing so much boom boom boom from above while I am working out.

Thanks for your help.

Correct me if I'm wrong but because it's a low-impact series, there should not be a lot of jumping around. In low impact, one foot is always on the ground. This might be just what you need in your apartment. I hope I'm right on this because my joints can't take the jumps! That's why I'm looking forward so much to this series.

If it does produce vibration anyway, what CeciFifi says is a great idea. If the *noise* can be associated as something temporary and at a certain time, not to mention for a great cause, I bet it would be tolerated much better.

this is low impact...in all the low impacts I have from Cathe...there is no jumping around whatsoever unless I choose to deviate from the workout...which would be my fault... there is only simply stepping here and there.

If anything, this would be THE set of workouts to get for apt. living :)

I am in the same situation. My neighbor has been very gracious. Now that I have my iPad, I take my jumping around workouts to the rec center. It's tricky sometimes finding an empty room or place to use the step there, but I feel so much better about not making all that noise at home. I was wondering if anyone else is taking their iPads to the gym & how that's working for you?

Hey Colorado Cajun!

I live in Colorado too! :D I definitely take my DVD's to the gym. I usually use the room where they have classes. It has a video player and Tv in there and they will let you use it if there are no classes. It is very nice with two full walls of mirrors and everything else I need. I love it, it's spacious and private at the same time!

I wish my gym had that option. That would be GREAT. I checked the apartment complex and they don't have a tv in the workout room there either so I am out of luck.

Arrghhhh I don't know what to do. Its like the presale is a good price but I am not sure how many of the videos I will even be able to use with the apt situation and all.

I wish I had a spin bike because I am sure the cyclemax would be AWWW-SOME!! I love taking spinning at the gym anyway and to have the option to do it at home would be great.

After reading the description I think I (may) be able to use TurboBarre, slide and glide, total body trisets...I would love to incorporate afterburn but not sure how much movement that is that may cause too much noise since its based on HIIT training. Then if I look at buying them individually I am already at $70+ with the 3 videos I mentioned above cause they normally run about $22 each so I might as well get the whole set.
