Low Impact Circuit or Low Max

Personally, I'd pick Low Impact Circuit b/c it has more in the way of premix options and I like the music better. In general, I think it's more fun.
 
I'd say it depends on what you want most. Low Max has cardio with tough lower body intervals and Low Impact Circuit is of course a circuit workout with weights interspersed with the cardio. I love both of them for different reasons. I think the cardio is more fun on LM but some days I need the weights that are on LIC. I also agree with the other poster who said there are great premixes on LIC. So I think your purchase would depend on whether you want all cardio or the weight circuits as well. :)
 
LOVE them both but I'd pick LIC which has fun factor for me AND tons of options !!!!

If you want a good, solid cardio workout that puts emphasis on the lower body, and fun music then Low Max is great.

If you want a very challenging high intensity Circuit workout with great music and less challenging cardio, then I would choose Low Impact Circuit.

It's a tough call between the two videos.

But as the other posters point out, Low Impact Circuit has more choices including an all cardio one. It may be low impact, but it is high intensity!
 
I use both! I make up my own workouts with her videos. I usually do the first two circuits in Low Max (love the squats and lunge kicks), then move to low impact circuit or Butts and Guts.

Low Max has always been a super favorite of mine and Low Impact Circuit is right up there. I highly recommend both.
 
I have both and I use LIC much more than I do LowMax. It has a lot of premixes and is fun. Actually I do the cardio on LIC at least 2X per week.
