HI Cathe!
All the suggestions have been good. I would love to see....
a cardio only with blasts premix,
upper body only premix
lower body only premix
total body premix
and finally a core only premix

>Premix #1:
>Cardio only premix containing all 4 step and blast sections

>Premix #2:
>Upper body 2x's premix
>(Doing each upper body chapter twice in Chest, Back, Shoulder,
>Tricep, Bicep order - just to give it a different feel)
>
>Premix #3:
>Blast segments and legs
>Warm up
>Blast 1
>Blast 2
>Side lunge with oh press
>-------
>Blast 2
>Blast 3
>Back lunges with bicep curls
>-------
>Blast 3
>Blast 1
>Balancing squats
>-------
>Bonus step and blast segment
>Abs
>Stretch

>Premix #4
>Blast only add on premix (no warm up or stretch, just all 4

Umm...again...I second all of Jillybean's ideas....

I like the premix example you used in your blog. A blast premix would be wonderful, and also an all weighted premix.

All the above suggestions sound great but what I REALLY want is a cardio premix minus the blasts. (Maybe that's what everyone means by cardio only?)

Thanks for asking what we'd like to see. Very classy.

Step only

Blast only

Step + lower body only

Blast + lower body only

Lower body + upper body only

AND -

As I suggested in the Drill Max "suggestion box", for the step and blast premixes, how's about reshuffling the order of these to create entirely different drill sequences from how they were originally filmed? I do think that would keep people's mental focus up. I know it would mine, and I need all the help I can get.

Thanks for asking!

I agree with Jillybean! Thanks for asking our input.

I totally agree!

I'm suggesting weight only premixes either as add-ons or with warm-up and stretch included (I also did on the Body Max 2 thread). Thank goodness for copy paste. :)

Upper body only (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Upper body only (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)
Leg conditioning (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Leg conditioning (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)
Total body (2 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment twice)
Total body (3 sets per exercise and/or repeat the segment three times)

Again thanks for asking Cathe and crew. :)

I love the workout blender option from your Bodyblast Timesaver DVD where you can select up to 5 different sections from the workout.
Having a workout blender would be wonderful!

Premix #1- All Step without the blasts Premix
Premix #2- Upper Body only premix where you can choose to do 2 or 3 sets
Premix #3-Lower Body only Premix where you can choose to do 2 or 3 sets
Premix #4- Step/lower body only circuit timesaver split workout
Premix #5 Step/upper body only circuit timesaver split workout

I think my favorite premixes were from the Bodyblast series. The more the better!
thanks!

I really like the ideas of
Upper body only
Upper body only (x2)
Lower body only
Lower body only (x2)
Cardio (no blast) only
Blast Only
Cardio and blasts

Thank you Cathe for giving us the chance to give our feedback - you are a shining star! :)

I love Cathe's sample "Cardio Blast" premix.

I would also like to see a "Blast only"
premix and an "all weights" premix.

Thanks Cathe!

Cathe, thanks so much for soliciting our opinions.

I like the idea of a timesaver premix. Sometimes when I'm trying to decide which workout to do I often opt for premixes that give you a good workout in a shorter period of time. I like to accomplish a full workout in as little time as possible.

In addition to the cardio blast sample, upper body only, lower body only, core only, cardio only and Jillybean's great mix ideas, how about offering all of the cycles with leg emphasis only and upper body emphasis only:

Cardio & Leg Blast:
Circuit Cycle One
Step Combo
Step Blast
Leg/cardio....side lunge with overhead press combo

then follow with cycles 2-4 broke down in a similar way.

Cardio & UB Circuit:
Circuit Cycle One
Step Combo
Lateral raise
overhead press
External rotation pulls

then follow with cycles 2-4 broke down in a similar way.
:)
