I too love love love these 2 workouts!!!!! I thought XTRAIN legs would be my fav, but not now with these 2 workouts. Even when I cannot work my legs twice in a week, I like to take parts from each and do it all in one workout. What an incredible leg/butt workout. I too think that the butt blaster is the only dread factor, but it's mostly because it's at the end and all you want to do is stop and stretch.
