Is it now SNM's strategy to just ignore their customers? I don't expect by any means that you will be able to accommodate all the demands of all the people and make everyone happy, but wouldn't it be at least reasonable to your customers to answer the questions?
If you are choosing not to put this option onto the DVD because its too complicated or something, couldn't you just say so? Ultimately it is your decision, and you may have a completely legitimate reason for doing so, which no one will know if you ignore the question.
I just don't understand the apparent strategy here of just ignoring completely the question and not addressing it.
If you are going to add it, then you have just made this list of people completely happy. If not, well that's our loss, but at least we'll know the answer to our question.
