LOST fans...what did you think?

WOW! Creepy! Great episode, especially the end. Guess those two really weren't going to get much of a story line. LOL! I wonder if they'll manage to dig themselves out? Or be discovered later?

I was entertained until the end when I realized that nothing was resolved, nothing was related to the main story and it was just filler.

I can't believe they knew about the hatch, the others, the kidnapping plot and didn't tell anyone about it! Just was concerned about themselves and something that was worthless on the island! STUPID!

They sure got what they deserved.

Yup - I didn't shed a tear - they got what they deserved, with diamonds on top. Am I wicked or what?}( LOL

But it does tell me that the writers can make sense of all the craziness - so maybe they'll give us something we can really sink our minds into......soon I hope!

I'm always thinking WTH??? when it's over. And no follow-up from last week with John and his dad. I'll be so disappointed if they create all these story lines and then the show gets cancelled like last year when I watched Invasion after LOST. I really liked Invasion as much as Lost and when they cancelled I was left in the dark. I hate that!

Tell me about it!
For me, it was "Invasion","Surface", something like "Kidnapped"/"Vanished" (the one where the main character was killed)... all shows with interesting potential, that never got a chance to reveal the secrets.

I have read that J.J.Abrams is/was/was going to be? in talks with the network execs to determine an ending point for Lost, so that everything will be able to be wrapped up (it does seem like a series that needs a pre-determined ending point, rather than something that can go on and on just introducing more mysteries without really solving any)

And what about that 4-toed statue foot? Will we ever learn what the deal is with that?

DH and I were absolutely heartbroken about Invasion!! I looooved the Tom Underlay (sheriff) character. You couldn't tell if he was a good guy or bad guy. Not to mention William Fichtner is pretty easy on the eyes.

I fell asleep during the last 20 minutes or so, so I guess that's what I thought of the episode! LOL! Unfortunately, I can't look away from LOST - I tried to stop watching, but since DH watches, I got sucked back in!

Being buried alive, how creeeeeepppy.

I guess this episode underligned how the people on the "list" are bad, because Nikki was an absolute bad person!!

Yeah, I was entertained, and was so excited to see what was going to happen. Then so let down to find out these two were only into themselves. There was no huge "others" secret.
Oh, I love Invasion as well. How is it that the show had so many fans, yet it was cancelled?
I'm sure Lost will be around until the end. At least I think it will be.

This was a good episode...VERY creepy. I like how they play Hurley and Sawyer off each other. It's pretty entertaining.

SPOILER ALERT

I know it was a filler and I was a little ticked off at first....but then I got so sucked into the story line and found myself gasping when they were buried alive! I know what they did was awful, but being buried alive would be so horrid!!!

I'm glad to read the post about talks for an ending date. I LOVE this show and have missed only one episode so far and MAY miss a
second episode next week, when I'm in Alaska, but my burning questions need answers and it needs to end. My biggest fear, is that the answers won't live up to the hype!

Yes it did seem like a 'filler' episode to me, but I did find it funny that they found the plane in the tree, the hatch, and other stuff before the main characters did and didn't bother to tell anyone about what they found.

Regarding the series itself, I read that the writers have determined that they need 90-100 episodes to tell the whole story and wrap up the mysteries. I just hope it doesn't get cancelled before then.

Me too...Is there talk of it being cancelled?

I guess Nikki and Paulo were the "Forrest Gumps" of the Lost island! Although it did nothing to further the plot, I did find the episode entertaining.

I haven't heard any talk of it being cancelled. Only when the end date may be. I was frustrated that I didn't learn anything new, but I loved the episode. I was very surprised at the ending (and how fast Hurley and co. burried them). I will be (anxiously) waiting to find out what happens to them--although it may be awhile!

And wasn't the hatch near the plane hard for the others to see when they finally did see it? Did those two lock it back up and cover it up again? (I also don't like errors in continuity).
