Thanks for reading this.
When I delivered my first child in 2006, I weighed 206. When I delivered my second child in 2009, I weighed 236. On August 1, 2010, I decided to make a change. I'm happy to report that I now weigh 132! I'm 5'5.
I changed my eating and maintain an intense gym schedule (spin 2-3 hours per week, strength 3-4 hours per week, and cardio dance 2-3 hours per week). I'm down from a size 16 to a size 2-4! I'm very proud but not quite happy yet.
My lower stomach (navel to pubic bone) is still mushy. I do a lot of cardio and tons of ab focused work but it is not tightening like the rest of my body. I spoke with my doctor and was told that after to c-sections, it will always be doughy. I just can't accept that. Is there anything else I can do?
Also, I am at a serious 4 month plateau. I have changed my work outs, zig sagged calories, etc. The moment I loose even a pound, I feel starving then gain it right back. My goal is 125....so close but not there yet. Any tips to drop a few more without gaining back within a week?
Again, thank you!
