Cathe workout DVD's. There are so many. Which ones do you have that you never get tired of?

I like intervals that mix cardio with weights, but I don't know which ones I would choose.

Recommendations please!!!!

Thanks

P>P.S. How do I edit my signature line? It looks like I am loving and living life with my best friend and my husband..... Its supposed to be my best friend "is" my husband!!!
How do I change that?

Low Max, Step Blast, Rhythmic Step, Low Impact Circuit. Those are my absolute favorites. I used to do the 41 minute premix of Step Blast several times a week. Back before I had a good library to choose from. I always loved it. Doing it again now is like having lunch with a good, old friend. :)

Drill Max, you can premix this DVD to be Blasts only or Weights only in addition to a very fun, athletic circuit workout.

Step Jump & Pump is one of my faves. Even the ab work is very good. Huge variety. You can do all 70+ minutes or trim it using a premix to fit your time. Love the premixes available with Step Blast too.

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

My faves Imax 2, Cardio and Weights, ctx kickbox, ctx step and intervals, cardio kicks, low max, rhythmic step, and ctx upper body. Well, actually all of them, but if I had to give most of my Cathe stuff away ;( , these are the keepers.

My favorites that combine cardio with weights are Drill Max, LIC, and Cardio & Weights. The Imaxes and Low Max are also really fun, tough interval workouts, but they don't use weights.

For circuits, I love Drill Max. I also like the Gauntlet from Terminator and Hardcore Extreme #1 (Inverval Circuit). High Step Training Advanced, High Step Challenge and Boot Camp are also my favorites.

For interval workouts, IMAX 3 is my favorite.

My favorite right now is BM2 and LIC. I also like Cardio and Weights. I like circuit workouts.

I love circuit workouts. HSC, HSTA, Gauntlet, Viper (from the terminator DVD), Body max 2 (and Body max 1), Low Impact Circuit - these are the ones I grab when looking for a circuit workout.

To edit your tag line - from the main menu (the one that lists all the forums) click on user menu then scross down - you can edit it there.

For circuits I love Body max 2, and High Step Training.

For cardio I love Imax 2 (and just about all Cathe's other cardio as well)

For weights I love the pyramids, gym style, muscle max.

Boot Camp is my favorite circuit workout when I really want to work myself hard...the sweat is pouring off of me with this one!

I think Drill Max is tough and super fun but I find it a little hard on my calves, which tend to be sensitive to injury.

LIC is my newest Cathe purchase and I'm really enjoying this lower impact workout.

I do the FitTv versions of Cardio and Weights and Step, Jump, Pump and I have them on my Wish List (Santa, are you listening?)because the shortened FitTv versions just aren't enough anymore. I think Cardio and Weights is probably the least intense of the bunch (but maybe that's because I'm only doing the FitTv version), however, I turn to it all the time because it's a solid, enjoyable workout.

BM2 really intrugues me. I've been thinking about ordering this one but I'm worried about the choreography...I know that some people have mentioned that the step routine is pretty tricky. Are there any other klutzy steppers out there who can weigh in on the choreography in BM2 (it looks like one great workout!)?

Have fun choosing...you can't go wrong with Cathe:)

I definitely go through times where I favor some workouts more than others but some of my tried and tested all time Cathe favorites are:
Imax 3
BC for a killer get it all done kind of workout
PUB/PLB - my bi's and hamstrings are AWLAYS sore after these workouts!

My favorite circuit workouts are Bootcamp, Drill Max, High Step Challenge and the Terminator DVD. Body Max 2 is another favorite and I don't think the cardio is too difficult to pick up. Besides, the premixes on this DVD are awesome!

I love Step Blast and I enjoy the whole Body Blast set. I also LOVE Lic and do it at least once a week. I also use any of the Upper Body Gym Series.
