Hi Judy. Tina again. I've never used log sheets like this. Can you give me an example of what you (or anybody else here) writes down. I understand where I could write the weights I use but what about the other columns? Thanks for any advice/help!
Judy I sent you an e mail. I would love the log sheets. I just did cardio & lower of Body Max 2 and realized that what I got off of the blogs is incorrect so I am wondering how Butts & Gutts is going to be since I am starting it next Thanks
