Oh! I love that there will be a rotation including the heavy bonus workouts. I've lost my mojo and have not worked out for a week. I plan to start tomorrow with one of the total body workouts from STS 2 then every other day do one of the bonus workouts.What is interesting is that, although the bonuses were not intended as part of the elevated series, they will be included in one of the rotations listed in the coming guide. This means they are a valid and useful option for those who want the functionality with keeping up the strength. You can not, however, lift more than your body manages to do in a safe way!
