Live workout with Cathe tomorrow!!

Tomorrow is going to be great..I get the chance to work out with Cathe during her High Step Class..I'll have to modify the actual step part, but I am really looking forward to the challenge.

Jerry, have fun! Are you resting and hydrating right now in preparation for the class tomorrow? My parents live in Washington Township which is right next to Glassboro where Cathe's gym is. When I visit again maybe all of the local Catheites can go and get a class in?
