It's been almost 3 weeks since I started with the LIS and already I have seen a definite change in my lower body. My pants are getting looser in the thigh/butt area and my quads and hamstrings have more definition. My lower body is very hard to tone, and I rarely get DOMS, even with tons of squats and lunges with heavy weights. My thighs are very stubborn and reluctant to change. Well this series has been a war and my thigh fat is LOSING! The discs are incredible, what a genius idea, the dixie cups, the bands, the endless leg lifts in Turbo Barre that had me swearing words that are not in the english vocabulary, what an effective series! Thanks so much Cathe! You really know how to make me sweat! I love it!!!
