Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

Today I woke up so stiff and sore. I guess the bands and kickboxing did their job. I feel much better now and did a bit lighter workout. No strength work today. I did CDorner Step Aerobics basic intermediate #140 that she did live this morning. It was simple and I got a good workout out of it. Kind of fuzzy though. She is still having problems and said she was going to be only doing it on facebook and would let people know when she does it. I gather she is paying to be able to stream to 2 sources. She said she is not paying anymore. Whatever that means. I don't use facebook anymore so no problem here. The music seemed a bit off as well. Still a good workout. 50 minutes, heart rate 136/165, 258 calories, 4,375 steps. I think it says it started at 12 which is 11 for me. I also did 30 minutes moving cardio mobility, 91/108 heart rate, 65 calories, 287 steps. Total time today was 80 minutes, 323 calories, 4,662 steps.
 
Diane - is Chris leaving YT? It would be a shame if she left. I am into Caroline G. workouts. Love her style and she is so creative. Great job on your workout. Those band workouts are sneaky!
 
Belinda, I think she was saying she is only go to do youtube and drop facebook. Yes those band workouts are sneaky. Chris almost always uses the fabric loops for quite a bit of the lower body workouts. She uses latex usually for upper so far. Both mixed with dumbbells as well. I am glad that you found workouts that you are loving so much. I enjoy Chris's workouts a lot. Just sometimes I hit one that I do not care for. I guess that can't be helped. I do not love all of Cathe's either. Todays step she kept messing up on one move even though it was simple. She would forget and skip it. When she called out the move I went with what she called without looking , so it threw me off. Once I caught it myself by watching. She doesn't usually do that on her basic workouts. I think she is frustrated with her workouts not always working. One of the others recently she kept going over to make sure the camera was still filming. I feel sorry for her. She puts a lot into planning them and does more than one a day. She said she purchased some of the music that she is using for the mobility workouts.

DD got her yoga certification!!!!! I went to DD's house waiting for a washer to get delivered. She is out of a washer/dryer for almost 2 month. We ordered one for her which was damaged. We didn't excepted the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice they are the ones pointing the damage out to us.

While I was waiting for the delivery guys, I did all my workouts. I even got a walk in, lol. They showed up right after I came to DD's condo. Talk about good timing. I did D4 Caroline Ankle weights plus SBF D4 Adv. UB abs. I didn't had ankle weights, so I did the workouts without. It was pilates/barre style.

Diane - oh..glad she is still on YT. I hear you on hitting a workout you don't like. So far, I really enjoy her workouts. I am super sore. I don't complain too much if the workouts are free. They can mess up as much as they want.
 
Hi everyone,

I am done with all my appointments . My physician thinks I have a frozen shoulder? He wants me to wait 2 more weeks, if the pain doesn't go away he wants me to get an MRI done. The PT was painful today. The stretches he did freaking hurt:( I also had to get blood tests done for my 3 month check up for RP. I am getting another sinus/ear infection. I am also losing my voice and my voice box(?) is closing off which could be related to RP. He agrees with my Rheumalogist to see a ENT specialist/surgeon.

OH, before I went to all my appointments I did Caroline G. D5 TB workout. No walk today.

Hi everyone,

Walked early this morning. The humidity was so high already. I also did SBF D6 TB barre.

DH and I are in DC painting DD’s laundry room before she get her washer/dryer. Her laundry room is very tiny. We will stay until tomorrow.

I am back from our trip. We came back early and it felt so good sit in my own chairs and sleep in my own bed. I have slept a lot since we got back. My energy is just zapped. Hopefully I can get up and work out and head to the store for some groceries in the morning.

Belinda, nice job on getting the workouts in and walk today. I feel so bad for you with the results of your doctors visits. Praying you can find some relief. That is so nice that your husband and you are painting your daughter's laundry room. That was the only room in our last house that never got painted and I always thought it would have looked much nicer painted rather than the flat tan color that was in it. It was small too. Just a closet really.
 
Today I did CDorner Upper Body and Tabata cardio Interval, 50 minutes, 179 calories, heart rate 113/147, 2,399 steps. I used the rebounder for the cardio intervals and did squat jumps on the rebounder and more high knee runs rather than the progressive burpee cardio segment. I also only used 8 and 10# dumbbells and one loop band instead of two when she used two. I then did CDorner Upper Body and Neck Stretch, 23 minutes, 46 calories, heart rate 85/102, 116 steps. I don't know why I am having problems watching CDorner on youtube. I went to one tv and it started right out spinning and took forever to turn on youtube. I then went to another tv and it took a long time to turn on youtube and I kept having to push different buttons till it loaded the workout. Then it would only pause or play with the play arrow in the middle of the screen and other workouts at the bottom of the page. I did it with it like that. Totally weird. Apparently it worked for others when it was live. It looks like Chris has a lot of cardio this week.

band triceps kickback 20/10 followed by band around wrists arms in front and pull out 2010

cardio is a burpee progressions/ I did squat jumps and ski jumps on the rebounder

Today I did CDorner intermediate step aerobices # 143, 37 minutes, (80's tunes) heart rate 132/75, 190 calories. I think the calories should have been a little more as mid workout my heart rate went down from the 140 range to 108 and was staying there. I finally paused and took my Garmin off and wiped it down and when I went back to working out my heart rate went up again. Not sure what that was all about. Maybe too much sweat or something. I don't think I have wiped it off for a few days though like I normally do. Charged it and went to church Sunday, yesterday plugged it in and forgot about it as I was in a hurry to go to the store. There was also vacation days. I also did CDorner Low Impact all Standing workout first 15 minutes heart rate 147/165, 97 calories, 1,528 steps. I wanted more cardio and this one seems like it will be a good one. I finished off with today's Mobility Flow to warm up and stretch tight muscles. It had a nice soundtrack for it. More yogi squat time than I like. Not that it isn't good for me though. Chris talks about all of the benefits of yogi squats. This was 32 minutes, 57 calories, heart rate 83/100, 83 steps. Total time was 83 minutes, 344 calories, 5,259 steps.

Belinda, nice work on the walk and SBF upper body and core. I understand when you do not check in. You have had a lot with helping your daughter and appointments.
 
My workout today was CDorner Low Imapact Cardio all low impact and standing, 40 minutes, heart rate 154/177, 266 calories, 3,778 steps. I then did CDorner Full hour Thigh and Butt Circuit with dumbbells and bands, stopping at 41 minutes, heart rate 114/139, 155 calories, 629 steps. I finished with CDorner 20 minute mobility workout, 22 minutes, 42 calories, heart rate 81/100. Total time was 1 hour 49 minutes, 4,407 steps, 463 calories. Chris had some problems with buffering at first, then turned off her timer and it quit buffering. She thinks it is youtube. After she turned off the timer you tube gave her a signal of a problem.

Hi Diane,

No walk this morning, it's raining nonstop. I did do SBF LB barre.

DH and I ended up driving to DC again, helping DD with the washer/dryer situation. That thing is giving me a nightmare. We can't find a small enough drip pan for the small space (closet) where the stackable washer/dryer. The washer/dryer is suppose to come on Friday.

Diane - thank you for understanding! I do have a lot going on. I have PT tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. Good for you for listen to your body with not doing exercise that will hurt you.

Today I did CDorner Cardio Core first round as she does the 12 rounds 3 times and I did not want to do it again. This was 21 minutes, actually 17 minutes+4 minutes as I started over because I had turned my Garmin off to switch from the Samsung TV that seems to have a problem playing youtube as the time and screen were not right again, to the computer. I needed to do it in the carpeted room to use gliding discs. This was heart rate 127/159, 110 calories, 727 steps. I then did Kelly Coffey Box Fit workout #1 dvd which is the boxing workout, 34 minutes, 222 calories, heart rate 150/181, 3,403 steps. Total time was 55 minutes, calories burned 332, 4,130 steps. My heart rate really got up there on the bonus round on Box Fit. I always have liked this one. Workout #2 is weights. I wore 1# gloves for the boxing. Kelly does do other moves along with the boxing.

I am in DC. DD washer/dryer hopefully is coming today. They came once without the hose they said they be back in 45 minutes. That was this morning. We wanted to go to the National zoo. I doubt we make it.BBL

No washer/dryer came today either. We waited another day, that's been going on since Thursday. Now the regional manager saying it will come on Wednesday. We shall see!

Diane - my PT was painful again. He recommended for me to get an MRI done.

Today I did Boss Bands Total Body skipping the chest and superman move which bothers my back with the bands. This was 53 minutes, 142 calories, heart rate 97/134. I also went to lighter bands on some of the heavy work. I did not feel like cardio today. I am not feeling well and wasn't yesterday afternoon either. I have napped most of the day. I also did CDorner Deep Stretch, 32 minutes, heart rate 77/92, 49 calories. This one is a good one for holding stretches and not quite so much activity as the mobility is. Total time was 85 minutes, 191 calories, 1142 steps.

Belinda, that is terrible that PT was painful again. I got where I took Advil before I left for PT even though I wouId rather avoid taking Advil as it is not good for me. I am so sorry about the washer and dryer situation. That is just wrong.

Diane - I already take so much crap, I don't want to take another pill. I shouldn't feel a thing, lol. Thanks about the washer/dryer. It's a nightmare. I had to change bands for shoulder exercises. Good for you for listen to your body.
