Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

Hi,

I did my workout this morning, just getting around to post. I cleaned my house for Christmas, now I can relax. I walked outisde and did SBF Tabata.

This morning I did 2 sections of Michelle Dozios Club routine cardio strength #5 and then a "Game of 21s" workout on GHUTV - just one round through the 21 exercises cause I ran out of time.

I have not cleaned the house at all! We are having Christmas at my sisters so I'm not really worried about it. We finally ordered new cabinets yesterday so the kitchen remodel will begin in mid-Feb!! We still have to pick out countertops and lighting though!

Hi everyone,

I had a hair appointment this morning in DC. I did STS Week 4 D11 Back/Triceps before I left for DC. This afternoon I did SBF Christmas LB plus Christmas stretch.

Sorry I don't have time for personals. We backing cookies and watching Christmas movies.

Christmas Eve is when we have our Christmas/gift exchange.

Diane - hope you feeling better today. Thinking about you.

I am feeling much better today and did Perfect 30 Mobility Basics to get rid of some of the stiffness. Today was the last day of quarantine.

Belinda, Have fun watching Christmas movies and baking cookies. Enjoy your Christmas eve gift exchange tomorrow.

Doreen, I bet you are looking forward to the new kitchen cabinets and counters. That was one of our future projects, but now we have our house up for sale. Nice workout today.

Merry Christmas,

Christmas Eve is the German way to celebrate Christmas. Today was a family get together. I got a lot of nice Christmas gifts this year. My son and DIL gave me a year Cathe Live subscription. They had no idea that Cathe if offering a 15% off the year. They have to contact Cathe customer service, hope they can fix it. I also got a sound bar for my workout room from my kids. I got Sweaty Betty leggings from DD. Everything I got was fitness related.

Today I did STS M1 Week 4 D12 Legs. I am debating if I want to continue with STS or use Cathe Live, lol. I probably will do M2 than use CL.

Hi,

today I did SBF Butt Lift + Christmas Tight/Seat Target plus Children Christmas stretch. For some reason, I never did SBF kids workouts. I was surprised it was a good lower body stretch. We tried to go for a walk outside, it's freezing cold cold. I was so cold even with my warm jacket, we all turned around.

Today I did Cathe Live #322 Fantastic Elastic, 45 minutes, 163 calories, heart rate 106/144, 1,787 steps. I also did Walk Strong 3 Total Body Stretch, 17 minutes, 16 calories.

Belinda, when SB does a Christmas stretch is their Christmas music or anything. I feel a little disappointed when it is just Christmas colors and decor. I guess I don't know what I really expect. I watch my grandson's coach put together workouts and through several rounds of great moves and want to jump in there too when they are doing zoom. Although when they put on zumba kids vids, I have done that with my grandson trying to encourage him to move. He says it is lame. What can you expect from a 6 year old boy.
 
Diane - SB play's license music in her workouts. All her Christmas workouts had real Christmas music. The other day when I did a Christmas workout she played Christmas music with Mariah Carey. I always loved SB music in her workouts. She has a bounce workout with music from Journey. I wasn't working out when I was 6 years old. We played all day outside. That was our workouts. Kids these day's don't play outside anymore. He will eventually workout when he gets older.

Today I did Raw Box and Tone 35 minutes, 171 calories, heart rate 122/160, 2,610 steps. I also did Walk Strong 3 yoga stretch and strengthen, 31 minutes, 39 calories, heart rate 82/102, 128 steps. Total time 66 minutes, 210 calories, 2738 steps.

Belinda, yes, it makes me sad that children now days would rather sit and watch tv or use media. We spent most of our time outdoors too. I like that SB uses real music. They do tend to get more excited about sports and playing in school though with groups.. My grandson is active. He has so much energy and scares me bouncing off furniture and up and down the stairs. He needs outside to run off some of the energy.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I did the last SBF Countdown to Christmas workout yesterday. I did a Christmas 2020 stretch.

Today I did STS M2 D13 Chest/Shoulder/Triceps. I will walk outside later.

Diane - it's a shame kids sit all day in front of the TV/media instead of playing outside. Your grandson sounds like my son when he was that age, lol.

I finally pulled out my downloads Barlates Fit Ball Series. glad I did. I did Barlates Fit ball Series TB Express = 27 min plus Express Mat Outer tights = 24 min. The outer tights was brutal. I can't hardly walk. I think I have a cramp in my butt, lol. You can find those workouts on YT :) Give it a try.

Today I did Perfect 30 Perfect Pump Upper body + extended stretch 37 minutes, 70 calories, heart rate 88/123, 415 steps. That is all I did. I had yard workers back out for leveling some more and had to run to the UPS store to drop off a return. I ended up cancelling my Arthritis appointment till next month. I still have a bit of residual cough and some sinus issues. They said not to come in if there is any cough. Now I will be working my appointments around school. I did not push the weights too much. I really felt somewhat weak. I will have to get my strength back.

Belinda, nice work. Gertie loves having my grandson around. He plays with her and she hangs with him. Speaking of Gertie, I think she scared one of the guys half to death today. I was sitting here reading and she wanted outside. I let her out and noticed the gate was open and so I closed it. I then heard voices and I went to the back as I saw one of the guys that I guess came today to work on our landscaping. I did not know they were coming and one of the guys was on top of the fence. I was wondering why he was climbing over the fence until it dawned on me that he was scared of Gertie. Poor guy. I apologized to them. He came back down into the yard and the other guy did not seem bothered at all. I think they should have texted or knocked on the door first.
I will have to look at youtube and see how those workouts are.
 
Just getting back in front of my computer after several days off!! Good workouts everyone!

The biggest thing is we are putting in a pantry (our kitchen doesn't have one) and an island. Other that we are just moving the dishwasher. I'm a little worried- its all so expensive but our 80s style pink countertops need to go!!

Today I did Live Express Your Step #279 which includes ab stacker abs, 44 minutes, heart rate average 110/157,(the 110 seems low for average) 186 calories, 3,217 steps. I then did Perfect 30 mobility timesaver stretch, 20 minutes, 19 calories, heart rate 75/91, 22 steps. Total time 64 minutes, 205 calories, 3, 239 steps.

Doreen, it was nice that you had some time off to relax and enjoy. I don't have a pantry either. It would be nice for a place to store more groceries and things. I use the cabinets over the washer and dryer for canned goods. We never got to the plans for our kitchen yet and our counters are kind of a peach color. We got rid of the old box style lighting with the florescent lights and put in tin ceiling and new track lighting and we redid the old flooring, but the rest had to be put on hold. I am sure you will love it when it is all done. Adding a bath and a bedroom and wood flooring downstairs was quite a large expense.

M2 Week 1 D14 Legs is done. I also did BARLATES Fit Ball Bums and Tums (ABS) and Hotel Room Glutes and Outer Thighs.

Diane - I agree, some of those workouts can make you very sore. They are all bodyweight and high reps. I can't use heavy weights with STS LB. I need to fry my legs, lol. Nice job on that step and stretch workout. Glad you feeling better.
