This morning I did Coffey Fit Raw Box and Bar 39 minutes, heart rate 110/166, 136 calories, 1,489 steps.
I also did Raw 5 day strength day 1 Back and Biceps, 39 minutes, heart rate 90/115, 73 calories( I seriously do not get these burns my previous recordings with this was 132 calories) , 391 steps. Total time 78 minutes, 209 calories, 1,880 steps. I will probably take a rest day tomorrow unless I fit in some stretching and yoga. I have my monthly game day with friends and this time it is much further in another city and I need to be there by 9. We are doing our valentines exchange and games. Hopefully weather is not bad. Also hopefully I have my car.

Belinda, I think I remember somewhere that Jessica Smith talked about her ballet classes when she was younger. It is probably something she likes to do. I tried a barre workout when I had Les Mills Streaming and it was all ballet. I hated it. It was not what I expected. They were not even using a barre or doing barre type stuff that I am used to.
Doreen, I remember that workout and the impact in it not being something I particularly wanted to return to. Nice work.
