Today I did P90X2 warm up from PAP through the foam rolling, added a bit of jogging around the room and some hip bridges and supermans which my book I got for treating low back pain during exercise and athletics recommended along with a lot of the stuff from P90X2 warm up, 19 minutes, 61 calories, heart rate average 103, max 137. I then did Kelly Coffey Home Gym Intervals with the spin bike and a 10# dumbbell for the weight intervals. I did most of the spin standing because it is uncomfortable to sit very much. This was 39 minutes, 253 calories, met 5.9, hert rate average 124, max 156, 1,761 steps, I increased time a tiny bit on the cycling which was 5 miles, and 22 minutes of this time and the bike said 200 calories, but exercise equipment is not really accurate. I finished off with Sarah Beth yoga on youtube 23 minute morning workout, met 2.0, 51 calories. Total time 81 minutes, 365 calories.

Belinda, you are so good at getting your workouts in no matter where you are or what comes up. I am glad that Aleisa is able to eat something and is recovering.

I am back: I did JS WS3 Cardio Step Blast and SBF Active stretch.

Diane Sue - thanks! I 'll try to do my best to keep up with my workouts. It's also helping me to destress. Great job with your workouts as well.

This morning I did Kelly Coffey Body Shop upper only mix, 35 minutes, 154 calories, met 4.0, heart rate , 96 average, 131 max. I did some extra foam rolling and stretching as well. We went and filled bags with a mixture of vitamin powder, dehydrated veggies, soy, and rice to be sent to Haiti. A sort of assembly line of workers. I have my grandson coming this evening while my daughter and son in law go out for dinner to celebrate his graduation.

Belinda, exercise does help with stress and focus.

Today I did KCM Muscle UP - workout 2, Legs and arms. Then I did Peak Fit - Cardio Interval for about 30 mintues to finish off an hour workout.

This morning I did P90X3 yoga, 34 minutes 88 calories.

Belinda, it sounds like you had a wonderful time with your children. :) Nice job on the workout.

Nothing too exciting to report here.... yesterday I did 35 mintues of Pedal Power. Today I did Strength and Stamina workout 1 and then 20 minutes of workout 2 before running out of time.

But I must confess - I'm a bit of an idiot.... I found a set of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution dvds on auction at the Goodwill online auction. Starting bid was only 9.99 so I placed a bid.... and won only to find out that shipping and handling that they charge is 12.50!! No wonder no one was bidding! So anyway- I hope I like them better than I did her BodyShred set when they arrive - which I felt was just variations of impossibly hard pushups!

Hi everyone,

Today I did Violet Zaki Killer Kicks from the Trainer Edge series. It wasn't a killer workout:( It was perfect since I didn't had much energy. My internet is acting up, that didn't help since I work from home. Frustrating for sure.

Diane Sue - Friday night I did had a great time with my DS and his wife. Wished DD joined the fun :( Great job on your workouts.

Doreen - Oh no, on the shipping! I think you still got it for a great price. I sold me last year and I am glad it's gone. I sold it since I have some many programs and workout dvd's. Hope you like it.

That's it for me today. Good night. I am tired dealing with my internet.

Belinda- I hate dealing with the internet. Hopefully you get it figured out soon!

This morning was Amped up Cardio live - the premix for the entire workout which I suspect is the way it was filmed. I kept thinking those poor souls - no water breaks! I'm constantly grabbing water during my workouts - basically anytime we're just marching it out I'm marching and sipping!! I wouldn't survive!

Hi everyone,

STS M2 W4 D23 Legs and SBF Barre HiiT is done.

Doreen - the internet company did a boost. Hopefully it will work. Not sure what's going on?

Diane Sue - enjoy your workouts today.

I am so sick of the rain. I need sunshine :) See you all tomorrow.

This morning I did Kelly Coffey Home Gym Intervals workout # 2 using the rebounder for the cardio, 30 minutes, 205 calories, heart rate average 139, max 165, met 6.2, 2,474 steps. I then did Barre Amped Bounce cardio and stretch, 21 minutes, met 5.7, heart rate 125 average, 161 max, 1,300 steps, 132 calories. I finished off with You Tube Sarah Beth 30 minute sciatica yoga, 66 calories, met 2.0. Total time was 81 minutes, 403 calories.

Belinda, funny, that the killer workout was not killer ;) Too bad your daughter could not been there for the fun too. I don't know what is up with these internet companies. Last week I had a couple of times streaming from youtube that my yoga dropped out. There was not anything else running in the house that should have bogged it down. Sometimes my Netgear Genie pops up that there is high traffic when our streaming is stopping and spinning. I find it quite irritating and we have the next to the highest speed which should be more than adequate. They always give and amount and then in smaller print saying it depends on circumstances.

Doreen, I like doing Amped up Cardio Both workouts. I always have water near by. I put it in the cup holder on my spin bike so all I have to do is turn around and grab it for a sip. With it being a live workout, it would seem that there were no water breaks for sure.

Diane Sue - once I am done with the Bodybuilding rotation, I will work my way through KCM workouts. WTG, today on her workout. I like Violet Zaki workouts, she demonstrated the moves/kicks slowly. A little to slow for me. The dvd would be good for someone that never did a kickboxing workout before. I think it would have been a much better kickboxing workout if she didn't demonstrated the moves. The internet is sometimes weird :( Hate when it slows me down, especially during a workout. Very irritating.

Is it just me or is Cathe's pre sale shorter this time? It seems they just posted the pre sale. I am still gonna hold out on this one. I have more than engouh unused Cathe workouts. Not to mention all the other workout sets that are waiting me :)

Belinda, I kind of feel the same way about instructors like Tony Horton that spend so much time chattering when I just want to get through the workout. Particularly when he is pointing out something or introducing someone. It is not something I like to hear everytime I put in the workout. Wow, is Cathe already raising the price on the workouts? I thought they were not going to be ready till late fall, which means to me, closer to winter like usual.

Diane Sue - I got used to Tony Horton chattering. At leas his workouts don't take a long break. Yes, Cathe is already raising the price. Seems shorter this time around for some reason. They just announced the pre sale price May 4, if I am not mistaken? You are correct they are not ready till late fall/or closer to winter. I was hoping we get more info on the workouts/the crew /or what the premixes look like/ see some clips and what the music will be. I will wait for reviews first :) I am trying to simplify my live, I need to use what I already have :)

Today I did Low Impact Sweat using only 1 riser height on the step, 49 minutes, heart rate average 124, max 150, met 5.9, 319 calories, 3,176 steps. I then did Fit Tower Advanced Bonus core and stretch off of Legs, Glutes, and Core, 18 minutes, met 3.0, 60 calories, and finished with You Tube Sarah Beth Yoga, 20 minutes, deep hip opening yoga practice, 20 minutes, 44 calories, met 2.0, Total time 87 minutes, 423 calories.

Belinda, nice work. Do you mean Cross fire cardio. What is CF?? I just really want more low impact choices so I think that I really want to get the new ones. I don't know if I will order right away or not though. I do wish I knew if it was going to entail gliding discs for cardio, which I do not care for. Every time I pull out Fit Split Low Impact, I think oh yeah, it has that disc cardio. It is okay, but I don't look forward to it at all. I think that is why I quit using the Low Impact series as much. That and the fact that there is an awful lot of upper body shoulder movement to get the heart rate up and tends to make my neck and shoulders hurt. I am sure it is great for some people.

I always figured the price increases were milestones as she was getting ready to film..... could be wrong. I'm still just going to order them On Demand... or that's the current plan!

I agree Diane Sue - I don't like the discs all the time. And I haven't found a good way to do discs when I workout outside on concrete.... nothing glides on concrete. Sometimes I just skip the discs and do the move without them but that doesn't always work right.

Diane Sue - if I am not mistaken, the new series will have gliding disc? I have more than enough low impact workouts with other instructors. I probably will check them out OnDemand. At least I can try them without them sitting unused around and collecting dust. I could sell them, but it's a lot of work. Like I said,I am good for a few years I really shouldn't be buying more dvd's, lol :) I didn't like the LI Fit Split with the disc either, too much crawling on the floor. I don't mind floor work, just not crawling around.

Doreen - the pre sale is short. It seems shorter than the last few series. Either way...I will wait! My floors in the living room are like ice :) I have to be careful not to do the splits:p

Doreen, I don't think it would be easy to do some of those moves without the discs. I don't mind the gliding discs for strength work. I would think the only way you could do it on concrete is to get some outdoor carpet or a rug you could lay out. I used to have a large workout room where I would leave some area not covered with puzzle mats because they don't glide on puzzle mats either.

Belinda, I will have to go back and read over the descriptions. Low Impact series had a lot of crawling and dragging on the floor moving. I may just end up buying the dvds one at a time as I get an idea whether I like them. That is what I did with Ice till I finally bought the to the mat one. I am thinking that one may be where I start with lower body when I am ready. Sometimes standing barre type work makes my knees hurt and the forefoot sore. Particularly the high and tight on the toes. I have noticed my left forefoot lately and wondered if some of the low impact and yoga is aggravating it. It seems things are causing other imbalances. Anyway, I am trying to pay attention to what I do and what hurts. I don't know why the newer workouts can't just stay upright instead of down on the floor.
