Today I did Kelly Coffey Total Body Kickbox challenge mix which alternates the kickbox and strength segments, 45 minutes, 288 calories, heart rate average 121, max 167, 3,515 steps. I then did the Fit Tower Advanced bonus abs, 12 minutes, 40 calories and finished off with Suzanne Bowen Barre Amped Power stretch 24 minutes, 60 calories. Total time was 81 minutes, 388 calories.

This morning I pulled out LIS Total Body tri-sets Legs. I remember disliking this for some reason but I didn't remember why... however this time around I really thought it a good workout. The only thing I don't like is the dixie cup lunges and side lunges. I don't get the point. I should just do them with weights. The fact that I remember disliking and then found it a good workout probably shows you how much my preferences change! I probably didn't like it before because I didn't pick up heavy enough weights and it didn't feel hard enough. This morning I used 25s for the squats, 20s for the step-up lunges, 70#barbell for the deadlifts. I felt that!!

Belinda, nice work today. I am guessing the SB tabata was on her live workouts?

Doreen, I have always liked the Total Body tri sets, but have always done it heavier, I have workouts that I pull out and suddenly I like them better than I did originally. Sometimes I think it is some moves in them that are ones that bring on some dread.

Merry Christmas!

Today I did SBF active stretch 3 and stretch. Felt wonderful. I am done with the Fit for Fall rotations. Not sure, what I will do next week. Maybe take it easy?

Diane Sue - the SBF was an older one, but good one. Good job with your workouts.

Doreen - I really like TB Tri Sets. A lot of people didn't like the music in that one. It's an easy fix, play your own.

I will be back tomorrow.

Today is my rest day. I am going to do some painting and staining in our room addition in a bit. I made cinnamon rolls last night and I swear I have been terrible about eating them. I think it has been a couple of years since I have made them because I know they are like the just can't eat one scenario. I am going to have to get back to more focused eating after tomorrow is over.

Belinda, I do not think I have even noticed the Total Body Trisets music :) I have looked at some of the different SB Fire workouts.

Diane Sue - the music didn't border me in LIS. Some people didn't like the music. Like I said, you can play your own music. Been doing it for month. Which SB Fire workouts are you looking at?

My workout is done. I did Build and Burn Cardio Core, 27 minutes, heart rate 129 average, 161 max, 179 calories, 1,963 steps. I followed it with the Upper body workout, 29 minutes, heart rate average 104, max 140, 128 calories, 813 steps. Total time was 57 minutes, 257 calories.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!! I am going to try to get some walls painted before we go to my daughters today. I stained three doors last night and was up till midnight. I would like to get this room finished so I can move the construction out :)

Belinda, I will be back in awhile :)

Today I did Kelly's Build and Burn premix Kettlebell, Cardio, Lower tabata mix, 41 minutes, actual was 34 on the menu, but I stopped to put on my 1# gloves after the warm up and quickly wrote the info down once in awhile . I liked this one as well. It got in all of the lower moves except the Bridges. Calories burned was 264, heart rate average 117, max 146. We have lots of running to do today and I need to break open another can of pain and get more painting done.

Merry Christmas! My son built me a pull up bar for Christmas! He admitted he would probably use it too! I think he did a great job. It has several different hand holds. I attached a picture of him installing it.

This morning I did B&B trim and tone and then the dumbbell only workout and the played on my pull up bar trying pull ups (I need to use a band) and hanging for raises etc.

Doreen, what a great gift. It looks like he did a wonderful job on it.

Belinda, I have Fire Extreme Sculpt on my wish list in Amazon and also Barre Amped Bootcamp.

Hey everyone,

Workouts for today is done. Kept everything low impact. I think, I have a heal spur again, something is sticking out of the side of my foot and it's hurting for the last few day's. Tomorrow will try to make an appointment with my doc. Maybe they can do an X-ray on my feet.

Hope you all had a fabulous Christmas!

Diane Sue - I will look tomorrow and see if I still have both?

Doreen - what an awesome gift from your son.

That's it for me today. Have a great evening.

oday was Intensity , 58 minutes, heart rate average 142, max 170, 5,132 steps, 409 calories. I wanted some yoga and stretching so did You Tube Sarah Beth 15 minutes energy yoga, 38 calories. I like her yoga, because I get some nice stretches out of it. It is not fast paced. Total time was 73 minutes, calories burned 447. I need to head to the store today and stock up a bit. Bad weather is in the forecast this weekend. Maybe it will drop off, but I do not want to be unprepared.

Belinda, you are really working the WS3 :)

I had grandchildren over last night so did not get to my workout till late. I just did a short one. My dog has her yearly vet appointment this afternoon. I saw a few snow flakes floating through the air when the children left. I hope it holds out a bit. I just did Build and Burn Trim down with 10# dumbbells for most. I use 8's for the stuff that hits the shoulders like scare crows and punch outs. Total time was 24 minutes, calories burned 156, heart rate average 129, max 150, 1,732 steps. I still need to do Build and Burn upper again this week to get the entire workout in in a month. I did it Monday so I will do it either tomorrow or Saturday. Cathe's will be coming and I purchased both the downloads and discs.

This morning was Build & Burn Lower Tabata KB/KB premix - 34 minutes and then Lower body only premix one.

Doreen, nice work. I love that workout.
So do I. The lower body tabatas workout feels so effective as written but the premixes are great too. I really try to go heavy as the pace is perfect for the challenge.

This morning I had to workout in the living room as the gentleman who my husband takes care of had been up all night and my husband needed to nap. So I did hard strikes and the floor portion on AOLI hi it and finished with WS3 15 min stretch.

So hard when the guy gets in these anxious moods and doesn't sleep at all. My husband has gotten about four hours of sleep in the past three days. Otherwise just cat naps through the night if he can. I really wish the Dr's could figure out this sleep issue. Someone has to be up with him if he's awake to keep him from getting into everything.

Today I did Low Impact Challenge from the Low Impact series, 52 minutes, 359 calories, average heart rate 147, max 174, 4, 668 steps. I have catch up house cleaning and some varnishing to do in the add on room. I am glad that I get to stay inside today.

Doreen, good job on getting a workout in anyway. I am sorry the man is not sleeping well. You said he is autistic? I can't remember for sure. Does changes in surrounding activity affect his anxiety? Just wondering, if you have to keep a pattern of calm and normalcy for him. I hope you can find a solution.
