Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

This morning I tried a workout from YouTube - Yvette Bachman (sp?) . I did one of her Kickboxing workout. Very fun. She doesn't talk much at first just basically calls out when you are switching. Her whole class seems to know exactly what to do - it took me step or two to catch the new move. I like her kickboxing style - kicks and punches together in intervals and she just keeps moving. In fact at one point her whole class took a water break even though she just kept moving!! Her music is really good and the lighting/sound isn't that bad considering it was just filmed in a workout room at some gym.
 
Doreen - I just checked her out on YT :) Like her style too. Thanks for posting. There are a lot of great instructors on youtube :) Love it!

I did ended up doing STS D18 last night :) I am a nut! Didn't wanted to play catch up on the weekend, lol.

Today I will try to do SBF Barre wo (whatever is scheduled for today?) and maybe JS WS3 Tone + Flow..

I will try to be back later today. Happy Hump Day, everyone.

This morning I did KCM strength and stamina workout one plus the bonus step. Loved it!!

Doreen, that is one of my favorites of Kelly's . I like the kettle bell swings between the weight segments. I always feel like I got a really good workout with this one. The bonus step reminds me of her step boxing workouts only shorter. It is a nice addition to get a bit of cardio in with a weight workout.

Belinda, I have done the same thing and doubled up workouts in one day so I did not feel guilty for missing a day. I guess we are both nuts ;)
 
I thought I posted today's workout earlier, but am not seeing it. I did Ice Rock'm Sock'm and Muscle Meltdown Triceps, 64 minutes, 414 calories.

Belinda, yes, I have thought it was odd there are no clips. They must not be as far along as I thought they were with the Split Workouts. I thought they were supposed to be out around Christmas.

Diane Sue - I thought the same thing? If they suppose to ship around xmas? It's weird, we haven't seen any clips yet. I can't remember them showing clips so late in at the past

Doreen - I am glad I got STS on Tuesday, this way I don't stress and play catch up on the weekend. Good job with KCM yesterday.

Today I will get my hair done. I will leave DC tonight to avoid the DC traffic BBL!
 
But in other news KCM announced Build and Burn has shipped! That was fast! I also went to her site to download the workout sheets for Strength and Stamina and saw that the Build and Burn workout sheets are already up!

This morning I did a youtube cycle workout that was 35 minutes.... not a super great one - I'll probably delete it from my playlist so I don't return to it. Then I finished up with ICE MM Back.
 
Today I did Kelly Coffey Step box both workouts combined (no weight drills), 59 minutes, 391 calories, heart rate average 138, max 163, 5,744 steps. I then did Ice Muscle Meltdown Biceps, 19 minutes(15 actual as I paused to write between giant sets and had to run the dog downstairs to go outside) 65 calories, heart rate average 101, max 124, 103 steps.

Doreen, I kind of wondered if the workouts were not already shipped. She is generally fast. That is great, I will go print the work sheets.

Belinda, I can only imagine the DC traffic. Whenever we have went to visit California, my husband would time the arrival and leaving around the traffic.
 
This morning I did Strength and Stamina workout 2. I wasn't sure about this one since it has the cardio legs work but after completing it I like it. Maybe more metabolic than the first workout but I'm excited now to try some of the premixes that combine the two.

Today I did Strong and Sweaty Boot camp, 46 minutes, heart rate 120 average, 148 max, 318 calories, 1,933 steps. I then did Ice Muscle Meltdown back 22 minutes, heart rate 109 average, 130 max, 102 calories, 344 steps.

Belinda, our traffic is worse right now since it is the holidays you get more accidents as well. I guess because so many distracted shoppers running around out there.
 
This morning I did another YT of Yvette - step cardio and biceps. Very good step cardio. Easy to follow step moves. She does some "blasts" but it pretty much steady state. The biceps is just tacked on at the end before the stretch.

My Build &Burn is supposed to be delivered to my office. Sometimes I wish I wouldn't have done that as I might have gotten it today but the office is closed. Oh well. And last night Amazon was doing a lightening deal on RIPT90FIT for 20% off. I caved and order it and used a gift card I had gotten for taking a survery somewhere along the line. I had done almost all of those workouts in my free month trial earlier this year and I like the workouts. I think 2018 is going to have to be NO PURCHASES NO MATTER WHAT!!
 
Today I did Kelly's Build and Burn cardio core, 28 minutes, heart rate average 128, max 161, 185 calories. This has some has more jumping than a lot of Kelly's workouts. She always has a modifier and suggestions for those who do not want to do the moves the way she is. I liked the core work which was all still very active, like a side to side crab move using the step. I then did Build and Burn Lower Body Tabata, 32 minutes(26 actual) 149 calories, heart rate average 108, max 134, done in rounds of 20 seconds work and I believe 10 rest, 4 sets in each round except the last one.
I finished off with Kickbox and Kettlebell Fusions premix of kettlebells only, 17 minutes, 114 calories, heart rate average 124, max 146, using a 20# kettlebell. Total time was 77 minutes and calories burned 448.
Build and Burn lower body tabata 4 sets each round 20 seconds on 10 rest ( I may be wrong on the times)

Doreen, I am always thinking no workouts and then I get more workouts. I think the only time I got money from Amazon for doing one of their surveys, I got 5 dollars. I do them every once in awhile. I use an ibotta app when shopping and have started cashing in my funds to an Amazon gift card. This is working well. I have already earned 100 dollars in rebate funds in two months of using it.

Today I will do SBF abs and JS UB workout. I am getting ready to sell more workout dvd's. I just sold STS and all the Fit Tower dvd's. Glad those are gone, lol. I can't do a lot of high impact workouts anymore, those need to find a new home. I still have some KCM, Cathe, Amy Dixon and others that needs a good home.

Belinda you sold STS? I thought you were currently in a rotation using it? I've tried to sell mine several times with no luck. Some of the KCM I may be interested in. (No more workouts- HA!) Do you have them posted on Facebook?

Diane Sue- Way to go! Do almost the entire program in one day!! I can't wait for mine to come... Planning next week to start on Tuesday.
 
Doreen - I had 2 sets :) I bought one for my daughter, she doesn't have the room for all the equipments. I haven't posted them yet :) I will sent you a pm with the list before I post them.
