Lift It Hit It - Legs

I agree firemedic - I prefer to do the entire workout and stretch then add on abs at the end. As I am getting older, my back needs that stretch or it gets tight no matter what workout I just did and I find I can really concentrate on working my abs while protecting my back better. I had two bulging discs a few years ago and hasn't been quite the same since so I am very careful to not aggravate it - this just works better for me. I am enjoying this new series - it's going to be hard to pick my favorite.
