LIC premix question

What do the premixes consist of in Low Impact Challenge? Is it listed anywhere? I can see that they are called Step Express 1-5, DBL lower body blast and LIC Extreme, but what do they actually consist of? I did the 10 min blast as an add on today, but that is a chapter, not a premix.
 
The first express is everything from the main workout except the lower body blast. I haven't tried the other ones yet. hth

Yes, Kristin, that was what I was looking for, I will check out the link too and flesh out my files, i bet it will have other premix info I will be wanting.

Wow! Thanks so much for the info on the premixes! I just did LIC again this morning and I like it more and more each time I do it - I think I will now move onto trying some of those premixes. Once I get a little better at the All combos section I think I will try Step Express #3....
