I need to shape my butt up since it got a little squishy in the time I took off from real exercise. I'm not going to mess anything up with Meso 2 if I add Butts & Guts to my weekly routine on Mondays, if I'm doing Meso 2 Legs on Thursday, right? B&G seems more of a killer endurance than strength, so didn't know how well it fit in. It's my favorite leg workout, so it's the one I chose.
 
I don't think you'll mess anything up. I started doing 2 leg workouts a week 3 weeks ago and have been doing quite well. It's a little tiring, but if you're used to B&G, you should have no problem! They're great calorie-burners. :eek:
 
I also am going to add B&G in for that 2 days a week legs. I need to lose some body fat on my lower half. Still considering purchasing the new DVD's for the lower body workout too. Haven't decided yet!
