Least Favorite Cathe Workout?

My least favorites are the ones I can't do because of my knees, which are any involving a step- even weight training ones.

Oh how I WISH I could do most of the DVDs listed on here so to form an opinion on them.

Did you thank your knees today???? ;-)
 
The only one I really can't stand is MIC. I've done the entire workout only once and that was enough for me.

I like Kickmax but it does bad things to my low back.
 
Hi.

Step, Jump & Pump and me are like oil and water. We just don't mix. I don't feel it's challenging enough, compared to other cathe workouts. I do pull it out every once in a while though to change it up a bit.

I got rid of KM, DM, BM 2,SS and PP, and MIC.

Not far down on the list is HSC,CK, and the Imaxes are not favs, but I do them now and then.

Obviously I have an aversion to Cathe cardio..love the strength work, but I get so tired of the crazy impact and the same moves in all the workouts ("around the world", anyone?)
 
Low Max feels about 2 hours long--boring. SJP--don't like the hi/lo and the music is horrendous. Pure strength upper body.
 
Power Hour - hate endurance workouts.
Power Max - don't really care for athletic type step workouts, prefer dancier choreography.
