I would love to get one or the other of these dvd's to start. Please don't enable me to get both! Haha! So all you Catheletes out there who have both:
1. PLEASE let me know the differences between the two, it's so hard to tell even with the previews?
2. Which one would be more effective for overall leg conditioning?
3. Which one has more plyo or jumping moves in it?
4. Which one works out the legs and glutes more?
5. Which one do you find most effective over all (did I repeat #2? lol! )?
6. Which one feels harder, i.e., more of a workout?
7. Do you still get the legs worked out in the Great Glutes dvd or is it really super glute focused?
8. Which one do you love more and why? If you love them both the same, why?
