Kpc premix

HI! KPC is one of my all-time go-to workouts.
I don't actually select a premix although I'm sure there is one... what I do is just start the program and do it until we get to the combos.
By then I've gotten in a good 30-minute cardio workout and have time to switch over to the Legs and Glutes program -- then I go to the exercise menu and jump to the seated floor exercises (leg/glute sweeps, hamstrings, etc.).
Now I've entered the PushUp challenge forum and that has motivated me to tack on some push ups to the end of that... whew - then I'll call it quits!

Id like to know this to. I don't like doing a premix til I know more about it. Id love to hear what is in or excluded in the premix. I just don't like to start a premix and not like it just to try something else. Makes u think you are wasting time. So it would be great to hear others opinions. And are there any that are good cardio mixed with leg and glutes that don't take over an hour to do?

The only premix I've done and remember the name of is kicking and punching and that is the combos plus abs at the end. I've done other premixes but I forget what exercises are in each one. If you use the workout manager (it's free and I live by it) you can click on the premix and the chapters will come up (use the calendar). HTH!

I have never been able to figure out how you can see the pre-mixes, chapters etc in the workout manager, Can you describe how you get there? When I go to the calendar and select "add workout" it goes to a page where I can add my own workout. Where does it list the Cathe DVD's?

Go to the workout manager. Make sure you are logged in. Then click on the calendar. Once you are on the calendar page click on add workout (right side of calendar).

Step 1 you need to open pull down menu and click on DVD.

Once you've done that select DVD pull down menu appears. Click on it. Then select your DVD.

Now the premix pull down menu will appear. Click it open and select your premix.

On the righthand side you'll see DVD chapters. Once you select the premix, the premix chapters will appear under the regular DVD chapters.

You'll also see the estimated calories burned plus amount of time for the premix on the left underneath step 2.

Renee my favorites for KPC are punching and kicking when I am short on time and Intermediate + combos 1& 2 + high for the same reason.
 
Hi,

checked out some other DVD's and some that do have pre-mixes show them, but do not have the chapter breakdown for them...still it works great for those that do!
 
I have done most of them, I love them all, but it really depends on my mood. You can't go wrong with any of them. I am partial to those that include the combos. It really boils down to how much time I have.

Vague, I know. But it is one of my favorites, regardless of what part I'm doing. :p
