KPC - I am sweating profusely!

Wow, I'd forgotten how much I love love love this workout. Just when you think you are totally wiped and there's no way you can continue, Cathe pops those three combos in there. I even enjoyed combo #3, which I used to really hate. Anyway, I am sweating profusely even if I didn't kick that high since my legs are still sore from L&G yesterday.

I love the workout, but, unfortunately, it isn't intense enough for me, and my heart rate doesn't get that high although I am wearing weighted gloves. Last night, I did Maximum Intensity Cardio, and that is really a kick ass workout that burned 500 calories for me and caused me to sweat buckets.
 
Since I'm finishing my P90X rotation, I think KPC will be one of the first videos I do. I just know it's gonna kick my A$$!!!!

I know what you mean about certain sections of KPC not being quite intense enough, but I still love it and want to do it, so here's what I'll often do.
The warm-up through medium intensity drills from KPC
Blast Challenge from Kickmax
High Intensity drills from KPC
Last 2 Kicking/Punching combos from KPC
Abs and or Leg drills from KPC and KM depending on time and need
Stretch from either one
Something about putting the blast challenge in earlier helps to keep my HR up enough throughout the rest.

I love it, and I love the music, and Cathe's form has improved so much with it. Mattea, how long does that workout take? I am going to print it out, and thanks a bundle.

Right now, I am going to do Powerstrike Millienium 2, and I guess I will burn about 300 calories with that. Nothing kicked my *ss like the Maximum Intensity Cardio I did Friday night, except for Imax 3. Wow, what a workout!

Another one I have to do soon is Bodymax. Last fall, I went crazy ordering a ton of Cathe DVD's, and I don't regret buying any of them. Certain people complain about the Hardcore Series, but I have all the Gym Styles, Low Max, Kick Max, Muscle Max and Imax 3, and I like them all. If the music isn't loud enough, I just put the volume higher.
 
I LOVE this workout!! I did it this weekend - kind of difficult because my hamstrings were tight from doing PLB the previous day, but this workout is intense and fun. The combinations are complex enough to be interesting but are still doable. I've only had it a short while, so I've only done it twice, but it is my favorite cardio workout (and I'm in the cardio haters club). Anything that gets me to do cardio is huge and this is the workout to do it!!

I know exactly what you mean, Cathe has always been good, but she now looks like a lean, mean kick-boxing machine!
This workout takes just over an hour (unless you add on the abs and or leg drills which add about another 8-15 minutes) I love this mishmosh because it's intense, but it also moves very quickly, sometimes I want to do kickboxing, but don't have the patience too many combos.:p

I love mish moshes, Mattea, and I did a step one today. I also like to do cardio of at least an hour as I am always trying to lose weight. I actually maintain my weight because I do cardio every day. I try to alternate kickboxing and step, and I want to get back to running again.

I love mishmoshes too! What are some of your favorites? I also do cardio almost everyday, I'm part of the Running Check-In on the open forum and we'd love to have you participate when you get back into running.

Warm-up from RS
RS Challenge
Blasts near end of CTX all step
SB Blast Challenge
Blasts at end of MIC step portion only
MIC Cooldown and Stretch
Clocks in at just about an hour and keeps you from getting bored, b/c there is no breakdowns of the routines you have to pay close attention.

I absolutely love KPC too! However, I don't do it regularly. I do it whenever I need cardio and if I haven't done this for a while. I think it's b/c I get bored of the combo easily:p
