KPC and BC

Hi everyone. :)

I just bought KPC and BC from a very generous member of this forum. I can't wait to use them. They are VHS, though, so I won't have the premixes. What are your favorite parts of these workouts? Are there things that I should be on the lookout for? I am excited to get them and start adding them to my workout schedule.

Hey!

BC is such a great workout! There are 8 different cycles, and the 4 different parts of the cycles (cardio, upper body, lower body, and core) are only 1 minute long so I never get bored! Great investment! Have fun! WARNING: The terminator climbers are TOUGH!! I'm still working up to those!

KPC is a really fun, tough, intense workout. Get ready to sweat!

Hi!

Good choices...those are my two all time favorite workouts. I do BC once per week and KPC two or three times per week. As far as your question of what parts to look for...actually, I don't even use the premixes. I love the workouts exactly as they are! I wouldn't mind mixing them up a bit, but I wouldn't recommend cutting any part of either one of them out. I will admit, I don't do the core segment at the end of KPC because I don't have a stability ball, but the rest of everything else I do not skip on. I really think you will love these workouts and I am excited for you to be trying them for the first time. They are the best of the best! I don't know what I ever did before I started using these a few months ago. My body has changed so much since I started with Cathe.

Thanks, Diana. I am very excited to get them. I will definitely use the entire workouts, as these are VHS copies and I do have a stability ball. I have noticed a change in my body since I started using Cathe's workouts, too.

These are 2 of my favorite workouts and if you can get your hands on the DVD versions, the premixes are soooo worth it!!! When I do BC, I like to do the "Everything But Core" premix and then tack on core work at the end (for me, the w/o seems to move even faster and keeps my heart rate up higher). And the premixes for KPC are awesome, plus there are a lot of premixes that blend KPC and Legs & Glutes (another great lower body w/o!).
