Kind of proud of myself today!

So I thought I'd share with you guys a little success I had today (because I want to share it with someone, but I don't think my hubby would really get it).

Anyways, I've normally had to struggle with the pikes on a ball move in the KPC workout (last move in the abs section). I can normally do 3/4, then I just collapse on the floor. But lately I've really been focusing on strengthening my core, doing lots of the STS ab routines, and today I had absolutely no problem doing the pikes during KPC. I was so shocked how easily it came to me!

Anyone else had a success today or recently that you'd like to share?
 
Great job Melanie C! Those are tough, and even though I am injured now and definitely can't do them, even when I was really fit...I still couldn't do 'em!! It's been my goal for quite a while. Woo hoo for you!
