WOW I just this video and let me say- wowowowowowowowweeeee
she mentions in the video that "tomorrow you're legs will be screaming" that's not all that's screaming buddy- it's great, what a workout and well worth the money- all her tapes always are- I can't wait to get more of them!!!

I did this one this morning. My glutes are already SORE! Wow! What a great workout!

I really enjoyed this workout. I expected to be sore the next day. I don't know why I wasn't sore, but I'm glad I didn't have to feel the pain. I didn't want anything to slow me down.

With this one, I had major DOMS all over. But my lats and arms and legs and glutes were very sore all day the day after. The lats were sore for TWO days! Guess I'm doing a good job pulling those punches back in, eh?? :D
 
I have to agree. I've been doing exclusively Cathe for over a year now, and I've never done a cardio workout that I feel in my whole body the next day. It's an excellent workout and so much fun!

Cathe, the only thing I'd recommend is that when you get the next batch made, rename the video to 'Butt Max'. This workout made my legs and glutes scream :D
