Kick Max Leg Conditioning!

Is just the best!


I sometimes do it 2 times in a row - it is so good.

Painful, but I love the burn as sick as it sounds.

If I am going to give it all I got, I need a burn!

No offense, but I think you're crazy!!!! Probably in a good way. I turn and run from those conditioning drills. I was sore for 3 days the 1st time, and haven't been back. I'm in much better shape now, and it prob wouldn't be so bad, but it scares me!!!! Give me LG anyday.
 
I love those drills. So much so that I'm thinking about getting iballet assuming that it is similiar
 
When a DVD wipes you out, it is probably just what you need. But don't feel you have to do the whole thing. Try doing every other rep. So when Cathe kicks 8 times, you kick on counts 1, 3, 5, 7. This way you work up to it gradually without beating yourself up too much.

I have to work up to it. I do LOVE those leg conditioning drills though. They work great! :)

I love the leg conditioning drills also. The first time I did them, I thought this is crazy, I'm not going to do these. But I did do them again and now I love them. I think they are very effective in working the outer thighs/glutes, especially if you tend to be peared shaped like me.
