Yes. I would contact Kelly. It surely shouldn't have taken very long - esp if you're in the US.

Just so you guys know, when Kelly learned that my daughter couldn't get home for the Thanksgiving break, she sent her a care package at her college with several DVDs and 2 T shirts to keep her busy so she wouldn't miss home.

She is a lovely lady.
