Just wanted to say I love the Shock Cardio series and I hope you keep doing what you're doing. If you say your DVD is going to be a certain amount of time, I want most of that time working hard and burning calories. I know how to cool down by myself. ;) So thanks for giving us the most bang for our bucks with Shock Cardio.

ITA--thank you for all you do, Cathe. I love the new work outs--so much fun! You do a wonderful job and we all know you work really hard. Please know there are many, many people who appreciate you.

I'm showing my support, too! I REALLY like the variety, and length of the workouts. I didn't even notice a difference in the cool downs, 'coz I usually walk around to cool off, putting away equipment, unless you've got some choreography(like in your older ones) that I'd need to follow.

I'm always pressed for time, so these shorter ones are perfect for me!

These are FUN and are very modifiable, too!

I think you are the best out there!

Looking forward to you helping me with my boxing form (and other fun things) in San Diego!:D

A HUGE thank you from me too! I love all of your workouts, but having some shorter ones makes me feel accomplished on days when I don't have as much free time.

Shock Cardio is perfect! Couldn't have asked for more!

I am also very happily shocked!:p I am enjoying all the new shorter workouts with so much variety. I can only imagine how much fun it's gonna get when the downloads are ready! I love being able to get it done so quickly.

Thank you, Cathe for all you do for your customers! I have been "video exerciser" for the past 19 years and have used videos created by other fitness icons/fitness companies.

I can truly say that no one else comes close to the broad array of services you provide. From the workout videos, to the forums, the workout manager, the ability to download workout videos, the road trips, and especially the personal touch you add by frequently interacting with us on the forums, Facebook and Twitter. You truly give your all to attempt to satisfy your customers. I can say that I am a very happy customer and wish I had started to do to your workouts years ago, rather than just 1.5 years ago.

While certainly everyone has different opinions and not all will like everything you offer, it saddens me that some choose to be so harsh in voicing their criticisms.
Please know that many of us love and appreciate your work!

I am loving all the new Shock Cardio videos that I have done so far. I appreciate the variety. I do love the shorter workout length as it is challenging for me to find the time to workouts longer than 60 minutes. I remember reading the forums before you annouced Shock Cardio--there were many different requests for new workouts, including a travel video, MMA, more step, more drills, etc. I was so impressed when I read that Shock Cardio including many of the types of workouts that your customers had requested!

It is clear that you aim to please as many as you possibly can. And that you offer services with cutting edge technology and excellent quality.

You truly are the best! Thanks again for everything!

I also want to tell you how much I love your workouts (and equipment). Love STS and Love Shock Cardio!! Also love the "power tower". I always feel like I've been given a great deal when I preorder your workouts. Plus I find your workouts NEVER get old. I've been working out to your programs for the last 10 years and still love the whole collection. So please, keep them coming. I'm always ready for more! And Thank-you for all your hard work. Your energy and enthusiasm always amaze me! You're one of those special people that makes life fun!!

Just wanted to say I love your workouts and I have thought of this before that if there were a fire, your DVDs would be the one thing I would try to get out of my house, lol. :D

I am a huge fan and once I get a new work out series in my hands, whether I have done the work out or not, I want a new pre-sale announcement.

I have thought many times how I will mourn the day you quit producing advanced work outs. My stomach turns just thinking about it. Your work outs are the best way I start my day.

I am a college instuctor and I understand the "you can't please everyone and not everyone will like you". I have read annoymous surveys of my courses and each year the negative comments get easier for me. I take what I can use and leave the rest as I am sure you have mastered by now.

Thank you for all you do and PLEASE don't stop producing work outs....ever...or at least not in the next 10 years!!

I too want to say THANK YOU for all your terrific workouts. So many posters have already said how i feel about things myself. I am an advanced exerciser and only workout at home. Only outside activity is power walking with my best friend.

My best friend is a gym girl. For Christmas I gave her Travel Fit since it only required a band. It kicked her butt. I am getting ready to turn her onto Core Cardio Circuit. She will love it and soon see why I feel I get such a great workout at home.

Twenty three years ago it all started with The Firm. Several years ago, Cathe won the battle and now she is all that is on the shelves in my workout room.

Thank you again Cathe. Hope to see you again on the Atlanta road trip.

I don't post often, but I do come a lot to lurk. I get rotations here and search for information on modifications sometimes.

I was blown away by another thread's comments. As I'm sure you know, you can't please everyone...but you sure do keep me happy.

So far I've done MMA Kickbox, MMA Fusion, Step Moves, MMA Boxing and today you kicked my gut in Cardio Core Circuit. I haven't been disapointed by a workout yet.

Sure, some I have to modify more than others, but I love them all and sometimes, I grow into them...

I've been doing home workout since 1997, I used to fear you and now, I look forward to everything you put out. I haven't missed a preorder since I 4DS, which is when I found out how you!

Thanks for being one of my favorite personal trainers. Looking forward to M1 Disk 1 on Monday. I'm doing christosz's undiluting rotation. Monday will be the second week for me.

I 100% agree with everything posted in this thread! You are a HUGE inspiration & motivator to stay fit and healthy. I am so amazed at how much you have accomplished and the quality of your products. It's also awesome to know how much you value your fans! You do so many wonderful things for us, between constantly pumping out new workouts, scheduling the road trip, your Tweets, checking in on these forums...it really shows you care and I am so grateful for that!

I used to belong to the gym but quit soon after I started working out to your videos; I found your workouts to be way more fun & challenging than the classes I was taking at the club and the results I got were 1,000x better! I lost about 40 pounds since working out with you and have maintained that loss. I could never thank you enough for everything you have done & your constant support!!!!!

And on a final note...STS rules!! It is so much fun and having the shorter workouts is a great convenience for me! I was doing close to 2-hr sessions on STS strength days since I like adding in cardio; now I shaved about 30 min off on those days which doesn't sound like much but it's great to get that extra 1/2 hour of sleep in!

Thanks Cathe for all of your hard work and all that you've done for us!!!! Keep the workouts coming!!!!!
