KB almost woke my toddler!

I just finished the new Kickbox and during the cardio I was whooping so much I was afraid I was going to wake my 2-year old. It was loads of fun and I felt tough--also very winded, even with certain modifications for my ankle injury. Great workout!

Glad you likey :7. I had most fun during the punching combo. Wow, was my core sore the next day from putting my all into that :7

My core and upper back are very sore from the kick box workout. I must have really been holding things tight while punching. I love the side to side oblique moves and then when you go lower on the side to sides. I feel muscles I never knew I had:7 :7
