I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM, BEEN WATCHING CATHE FOR 2 YEARS ON FIT TV BUT I KEEP READING PEOPLE TALK ABOUT ROTATIONS AND ROAD TRIPS JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IT WAS.

THANKS:)

Welcome,

Rotations can be found on the forum under Video and Rotations. A rotation is like a workout menu for the month, giving a pattern of what do perfrom each day.

Road Trip is a weekend where Cathe invites fans to come to the club she teaches and tapes her vidoes at. I attended 2005. There is a fee involved, but it was worth it to go meet Cathe and some of her crew and work out with her for 4 different workouts.

The best way I can describe a rotation is it is a set of workouts a person does in order, scheduling certain workouts on each day of the work to achieve certain results. For example, someone might have a rotation for upper body development where their schedule looks something like this:

Monday: GS Chest/Tris
Tuesday: Cardio for an hour
Wednesday: GS Back/Bis/Shoulders
Thursday: Cardio for an hour
Friday: PUB + S&H Upper body portions
Saturday: Cardio for an hour
Sunday: GS: Legs & 30 minutes cardio

This is a "rotation" that this person will do every week for 4 weeks or for however long they want. You can have rotations for lower body; cardio rotations where you want to focus solely on cardio and no weight training rotations for overall conditioning where upper and lower body are integrated into the workout equally; plateau-busting S&H rotations where the focus is on heavier weights and slower reps. The possibilities are limitless.

That's the best way I can describe a rotation...but I'm really tired and fighting a headache, so what I wrote might not make sense. :7
