Holy Toledo! My discs and dvds arrived yesterday (Tuesday Oct. 25th!) and I live in Hawaii! SO So so very impressed! The last series also arrived incredibly fast and I didn't pay extra for faster shipping either time. I did get the downloads though... Love having that option!

I did Trisets lower body last night (after STS disc 30) just because I HAD to do one of the new workouts! Excellent workout! Can't wait to do them all!
