How much info does it give in the nutrition guide? Is it pretty thorough?
 
For those of you who have received your order - how long did it take from the time you ordered? I placed my order last Wed. or Thurs., and have not even received a shipping notice yet. Just wondering...

I think the nutrition guide is very easy to follow with a good variety of meal choices. It's broken down into 5 meal sections and you choose one meal from each section. There is a substitution list for ingredients if you need or want to switch out. I do not like cottage cheese so I look to the list and the guide's substitution list consists of- low fat yogurt, milk(skim,almond,soy), egg, peanut butter, or low fat cheese. :cool:

This diet is very doable. Instead of decreasing calories in the 2nd phase, you increase!

I just previewed Cardio Power and Resistance. It is very similar in structure to the Plyo Circuit(sneak peak workout). Each section is done 3 times gaining speed each time.
Side note: After completing Plyo Circuits and previewing Cardio Power/Resistance, I think Cathe's 4DS will fit in nicely.

Here is the breakdown( think plyometric):

Jog
Power Jacks
Log Jumps
123 Hiesman
Butt Kicks
High Knees
vertical jumps
30 second rest- repeat 2x's gaining speed

Stretch

Power Jumps
Belt Kicks (squat- stand and kick)
Hit the Floor (side lunges)
V push-ups (pike push-ups
30 second rest repeat 2X's

Tricep dips
one leg tricep dips
ball push-ups
30 second rest


Hurdle Jumps
Globe Jumps
Moving push-ups
Floor sprints(mountain climbers)
30 second rest repeat 2x's

Final circuit
8 hops squats
8 push ups
X's 4

cool down.

Workout is approximately 40 minutes

I placed my order Wednesday within a hour of it's release(I was watching face book all day). I received a shipping confirmation the next day. I paid for 2nd day air. Mine shipped out of Ohio if that helps.

Mary from Total Fitness sent out a notice stating BB is really behind in filling orders. She said they are filling orders in the order received.

I ordered mine first thing Thursday morning. I have not been sent a ship notice yet. If I haven't received one by later this afternoon, I'll wind up having my coach check on my order. I know the order was received since my coach sent me a note she saw the order, but it either hasn't shipped, or they messed up the confirmation email.

Fit44, Thanks for the breakdown on the meal planner and the Cardio Power/Resistance workout. I'm getting impatient and I'm now wishing I would have paid extra for the two day ship. I wasn't paying attention that the price diff wasn't that much. That and the one-on-one and preview DVD's came so fast when I ordered that I figured I'd get the series in about the same time.

I am debating whether or ot to order Insanity. I have always ordered Beachbody workouts, but I am not sure on this one.

Please keep us updated and let us know after you do the first workout if its really that crazy!

I received the Plyo Circuit workout with my Tony One on One last month and have done that workout around 5 times.
It is grueling but you can go at your own pace. My heart rate was very high for the entire workout. A few moments of feeling sick to my stomach. The warm-up is crazy. According to my BodyBugg, I burned 150 calories during the warm-up and over 500 for the 42 minutes.

Cynthia and Dawn - thanks for the replies about your orders. My coach checked on my order, and it looks like I'll get it between the 16th and 20th. BB is refunding my 2 day shipping charge, but will still ship it via that method. I'm just soooo impatient to get it.

I just got my ship notice tonight. No approximate ship date, but I would hope it would be here before next Monday. :)

Good luck! I'll have to work this into my budget somehow...
