Does it sound like it's going to be 4 workouts a week? What do we do on the other 2 days? I don't think I'll be putting my body through heavy lifting during that time but I was thinking maybe a muscle max or muscle endurance to compliment? Push/pull... supersets?? Thoughts?
When I paused the youtube vid to get a closer look at the calender as they zoomed in to it it looked like at least 5 to 6 workouts a week. But that's all I could tell. geek alert - the best view of the calander was between 7:00 and 7:01 in the 3rd link - you need to keep clicking on the pause and play button to catch it
cavillo, I'm sure there will be plenty of reviews with all the gory details.
So how does a person living outside the USA or Canada buy this?
LOL! Do you plan on giving up weights and doing the rotation as designed or are you just going to include this in your rotations a more nose-bleed cardio?
OK I am a slacker.... I just ordered mine this afternoon. I can't believe I have been too busy to get on the computer to order the set.I have been anxiously awaiting this series. I will definitely participate in an insanity thread here, I find BB boards cumbersome and a little to rah rah for my taste. I got the basic package and I hope to get it in time to start Monday July 20, but usually BB is slow to ship to me so I probably won't be able to start until Monday July 27
AJOCK : Finally, a series that we cardio junkies can sink our teeth into!!

I'm pretty sure Mary from Total Fitness ships internationally.
You may want to contact her first.
I order from her site all the time and she it top notch! Seriously, you won't find better customer service.

Someone posted what the fit test involves. It looks like a workout in itself
Fitness test: (hope it's ok to post this)
1 min each of a variety of jumping exercises: Switch kicks; power jacks; power knees (think tae bo); power jumps; globe jumps (kind of fun); suicide jumps; push-up jacks and low plank obliques.
DVD lasted about 30 min and I was really tired after the 3rd exercise. there is about 45 sec rest between each exercise.
I'm definitely doing some weight work. I'm just not sure what I'll add.
I'm thinking of adding in Cathe's 4DS the first week to get a feel for what weight work will work best. I may switch to meso 3 or some of Cathe's full body (MM, ME, Push/Pull). So many choices!
What is the length of the workouts, does anyone know?

Sydney, thanks so much for posting the first bit of info on these workouts !!!!
Sounds like the first month it will be easy to add in some weight work and 4DS was a great suggestion. Although, I thought this was supposed to be a well rounded rotation that included body weight exercises for strength training. I thought it was more than just cardio. I guess I'll just have to do it and see. It's fine with me if it's just super tough cardio, there's so little of that on the market. I can always find weight work to add (thanks to Cathe).
I just did the preview disc today for a second time. I loved it just as much. Not sure I will want to do it 8 times in a month though. We'll see. I'd really like to try to follow the diet just to see if I can get some results. I can do anything for 2 months, right?
