Just need hugs, comfort, and prayer

Good news: I got Isaac off to Kindergarten today and so far they haven't called to tell me he's sick or anything. He seemed much better this morning--bouncing around and eating breakfast.

Ewan is still not eating much and still having diarrhea, but at least hasn't vomited today.

Bad news: I'm exhausted and when I tried to work out today my old ankle injury started aggravating me. So no decent workout today. :(

Still, I'm hopeful that the boys are getting better and I should get some more rest soon.

Thanks for all your advice and prayers.

Lanie,
I'm glad Isaac and Ewan are on the mend! Hang in there. Hopefully your weekend will be restful and peaceful. Take it easy on yourself...MAYBE do a light workout this weekend, but sometimes rest is more important. You can always get back at it next week!

Hang in there, Lainie, it sounds like things are much better. My 5 1/2 year old just had something like this too - no diarrhea, but she must have tossed her cookies between 20 and 25 times on Tuesday night (every 15-20 minutes through most of the night). She threw up one more time at 4:30 this morning but now she seems much better, if a bit tired - hoping to send her back to school tomorrow. Like your littler guy, she didn't know what was going on because she hadn't thrown up since she was 1 year old and didn't remember it! The fear on their little faces is awful to see.

Rest up, don't push the workouts - when everyone in the house is all better, you'll have more energy to get back to them. A few days off is no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
