This was an intense workout! :eek: I had previewed the hi/low section and thought it would be tough but not too bad. Well, I was wrong. I was huffing and puffing like I was giving birth or somethimg! I kept thinking that she would say, "Let's bring it to a march," but she gave no breaks! The step section was much easier for me (but still intense) and I was even able to do the blast at the end. I can't wait to be able to get through the hi/low section.
I really like this dvd- I like Rythmic Step also but haven't done Imax yet. I contemplated about getting it for a while and am glad I finally bought it.
 
I'm with you! I did this one last week with my heartrate monitor on. After working my butt off, I went to check my calories and stupid me hadn't started the counter up! It is definitely an "intense" cardio workout! Lots of fun though. :)
 
Isn't it funny how you start the video thinking, "man, this is easy". And before you know it your passed out on the floor! You can never judge a book by it's cover, right!!!
 
I'm always so thankful to finally get to the step section. Cathe really throws us with that Hi/Lo. She starts us off so easy and before you know it we're out of breath. I understand exactly how you feel.

I love this DVD I just did Interval Max this morning. It kicked my butt!!! Hadn't done it in a while and forgot how tough it is. This reminds me to do MIC on Wednesday!!! Love that one too!!! Teresa
