Join me for a Sunday Cardio Workout (in the cyber gym)!

The cardio junkie in me is craving a cardio fix.
So tomorrow I'm doing a long cardio session just for fun.
Anybody wanna join me?

If so, what will you do?

I'm trying to decide between a few things:
*Cardio Fusion
*MIC (haven't done this in AGES)
*an older Cathe all-step workout

I'm on rest for flu recovery. PS - don't tell my doctor, but I AM gonna do some lifting at least!! Clarissa
 
I'll be doing my 30 minutes of cardio followed by abs as per my rotation. I think Michele should cheer from the Hawaii Chair (the Hula Pooper) so she can sit on her loverly arse and get her cardio in.:7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7
 
I'll join in! I plan on doing the cardio/lower body premixes from HSC and HSTA using my Bosu for the cardio segments or DrillMax cardio/lower body and 4DS BC cardio only.

Sunday is usually my rest day, but I probably should find time to do some cardio, considering all of the calories I have consumed these past few days! Uggghhhh, lemme think how to work this into my day...

Okay, I'm convinced. I am staying at DF's this weekend, and I have no step here. I need to run over tonight to walk to dog, so I will grab a few DVDs and do 4DS KBX and Drill Max cardio drills. That should give me a good solid hour of sweaty fun!

I have to have fasting blood work done on Monday morning, so that works better anyway. I will take my rest day on Monday.

i had intended on cardio just not sure what yet! nothing to heavy and intense but something fun and sweaty.

Gayle - count me in! I'll do an 8 mile hike/run with DH and DM (dear mutt). That will be nice and long (and about a 2000 foot altitude gain!).

I just finished Hi/Lo Extreme! I feel great! Changed my workout plans from yesterday - haven't done this one in awhile.
