Namaste yoga
Slow-Robics with Ellen Barrett
Upper Body from Supersets.

My battery is dying so I'll do personals later.

Jane - Congratulations on making a PR and coming in 2nd! Brrr! That's going to be me tomorrow! I did not bring my cold weather running pants, but it's supposed to get up to 64 in DC tomorrow! Probably not until late in the afternoon though! I'm going to freeze!

We're exhausted! The rally was humongous! I'm going to a separate blog post on that, but I swear there were at least and I mean AT LEAST 500,000 people! I've never in my life EVER seen so many people in one place! We left Union Station at about 2:30 to come back to the house for some rest before we made our way back into the city for the carb up dinner. Well, by the time we made it to the car, it was already after 4:00 and we would have needed to turn right back around. Needing the rest more, we decided to just go out after a while and get a nice pasta dinner. Rest is more important!

Hi Everyone!

I tried to go for a 3 mile run today but I was tired. I ended up walking most of it instead. It was a beautiful day though.

Tricia ~ Great job on your run today! I checked your time. Fantastic! You should be proud of yourself!!
 
Tricked, no treats

I did a load of nothing today. The tV I was using went to my mother's room because hers broke which meant I had to go put my little back in service, but I can't find the remote and it must have the remote to work. Lol. Funny! So, no Cathe. I will try to do some tomorrow using my lap top.

I will post a new thread tomorrow. Can you believe it? We only have two more months in 2010!!!!

Hi ladies! Welcome to November.

Jane - well done on the race! I don't blame you for being tired yesterday. You earned a nice rest.

Tricia - Sounds like an exciting time! Now that I see Jane's post - I'm looking forward to hearing about your race!

Alisha - bummer about the TV.

Saturday I ran 4 mixed with weights. So it was 15 minutes run, back/chest weights, 15 minutes run, arms/shoulders weights, 15 minute run, core/leg weights. Stretch.

Yesterday I did Bob Harper's cardio workout and then the 30 minute workout that came with his kettlebell. I also used the kb during the cardio workout since a lot of the moves are KB moves (swings mostly). The KBs kicked my booty. I really enjoyed the cardio effect with the weight but can tell I have some work to do to get used to them. I was using a 10# KB and it was hard! The 30 minute workout was really good at introducing moves and teaching proper form. There are some stops and starts to teach moves so it's not intense, but a good beginner workout with KBs.
