Good Morning everyone!!

Today I actually woke up at 5 am and did KPC. I am usually an evening exerciser, but am trying to change to early mornings. It was tough but I just got finished and feel GREAT!! The pikes were a little harder though}( . Have a great day!!

PUB for me this morning, the bicep section is a real killer, just didn't have time to do the abs section. I'll do that when I get home from work tonight.
 
KPC this morning as soon as I have enough coffee and get kids breakfast/lunches made. It is a good day already; The coffee came out good this am.... Happy workout to all

I got up a 5:00 a.m. too!!

today's workout: ran for 50mins...it was jump,kick and crunch, but I don't have it and I was gonna do cardio kicks. I previewed it last night and it's scratch...BIG TIME!! So, I gotta get that one replaced..will call cathe...anyone KNOW THE NUMBER???

I just finished tracking my order, and it's suppose to get deliver today. So, I might just preview jkc and do it later tonight...MAYBE!! I'm so excited to get my new tapes..

ONWARD!!! Let's do this rotation you guys and yeah for us for getting up early to do this!!

Hi everyone,

Up at 4am and did Kick, Punch, and Crunch. Skipped the abs since I didn't have time for them. Plan on doing some yoga when I get home. My body needs some good stretching after I added in some sliding yesterday, my inner thighs are sore today. A good sore though.

Good Morning Ladies,
Just sippin on my coffee(and its NOT 5 a.m!) and wondering what kickbox workout I will do.I am leaning towards doing one of the powerstrike workouts.I think those are the toughest ones I have ever done and some abs.I may also try for another run tonight.I won't workout twice everyday but I may try again tonight b/c I won't anymore until friday night.I am hungry though.I think its b/c of the run I did last night.I am going to try to workout before I eat.
I started taking down the chrsitmas decorations:-( I hate it.It just seems so sad and then we are left to face winter! I think when christmas is over,winter should be over.Its like......no light at the end of the tunnel....until we get to May.

Today was my first with the new rotation, so forgive me for being behind you all. I did SJP, Premix 4 ( with the Step, Jump, Pump segments being consecutive ), adding on the abs, planks and stretch. I had been having some problems with the DVD when I last did SB and tried the Lemon Pledge approach that Cathe suggested. So far so good! Have a great day all!
 
Well, I didn't work out this morning because it was supposed to be my day off. I worked out six days straight and always try to not go more than six straight without a day off. Sooo...I thought I would check in anyway and say "Hey" and good work everyone! I will be back on the schedule in the morning!

I do both mornings and evenings, depends on if it's my day off or not. Tonight I will be doing IMAX#2 instead of KPC because I'll be out of town on Friday and Saturday. I'm going to add a half hour of cardio to both tomorrow and Thursday.
 
Just finished powerstrike.DOes anyone else own these workouts? They are really good.The video itself is not the best,some cheesy shots and stuff but the workouts are hard.The music stays pretty much the same to...blah...but I feel worked.

Good morning! Another 5am riser here.

I did day 2 today: KPC. I swear the BB series is pure genius. The music, the intensity levels that creep up on you, the premixes, the fun; it all works. I was feeling very unenergetic and stiff this morning, and did not want to do this workout, but the warm ups to the BB series are so gentle and gradual that they suck you in, and before you know it, sweat's flying everywhere! Love it!

Has anyone tried KPC in different order? I'm thinking it might be fun one day to program the combos so that I do all the "teaching" part of the combos first, then do all the "finished" combos consecutively, doing entirely the right side finished combos first, then all the finished combos on the left side. That might be rather intense, as long as my dvd player doesn't take a long time switching between finished combos.

Another question: anyone up for a 'reward challenge'? That is, everytime you finish the day's workout (tailored to your own preferences), you give yourself something, like say $1. When you finish the entire rotation you take all the money you earned (it will directly reflect how many workouts you did), and buy yourself a treat. Maybe a new Cathe dvd, or a half-hour massage, that kind of thing. Anyone up for it? I've already earned $2.00 :)

Today, I am doing a full-body weight lifting routine, 45 minutes on the bike, and 1 hour of ramping. Then later, abs, and a long walk.
 
Thats a cool idea.This year I am focusing on paying off bills so that money could go towards something.Im soon going to take DH's bank card away from him.....he spends like no women I know!

Hi - mind if I join in? I did KPC this morning, minus the abs (ran out of time - but will do them when I get home). Yesterday was L&G, so tomorrow I'll do Bootcamp or Circuit Max because I don't have SJP. This is a great rotation. Just what I needed to shake those holiday pounds I picked up.

Hi, girls! Sounds like everyone is up and running on this rotation. I am one day ahead, so yesterday was KPC and today was Legs and Glutes. KPC always makes me feel it in my legs and glutes the next day, so I was not looking forward to today, but I did it anyway. (Reminds of the movie- What About Bob- where Bill Murray says "I just never gave up!"). Tomorrow the lower body should get a little bit of a rest.
I'm not sure what to sub for Pyramid Upper. I am getting that DVD and it's due in on Thursday. Maybe I'll do Muscle Endurance Upper premix along with Bootcamp uppers. OR maybe PP/SS premix with all uppers.
Anyway, have fun workin' out! :eek:)

Hi Everyone,

Sad to say, but I slept in this morning so will have to do cardio at the gym today. I'm a little off track with the rotation will be on schedule for the 2nd week. I'm finishing up another rotation so will pick it up with week 2.

Good morning,
I will only be doing KPC during my lunch break since I have plans tonight. Seems like I should be doing more, since I know I put on a few unwanted ugly pounds over the last month. Yesterday I did SJ&P and Push Pull and felt great afterwards. During the whole month of December I kept my workouts up and didn't really feel like I overindulged at all so I don't know what's going on.;(

Oh well, treadmill comes tomorrow and I'll have more time then}(

You guys really work out harder than I do!! I did KPC today, I was very tired this morning, but I got through it.
 
I did PUB this morning. Still having problems with those pikes on the ball. However, I was able to successfully complete (sort of) 3 pikes before my legs fell off the ball. That's pretty good for me! :)
