Good morning! Another 5am riser here.
I did day 2 today: KPC. I swear the BB series is pure genius. The music, the intensity levels that creep up on you, the premixes, the fun; it all works. I was feeling very unenergetic and stiff this morning, and did not want to do this workout, but the warm ups to the BB series are so gentle and gradual that they suck you in, and before you know it, sweat's flying everywhere! Love it!
Has anyone tried KPC in different order? I'm thinking it might be fun one day to program the combos so that I do all the "teaching" part of the combos first, then do all the "finished" combos consecutively, doing entirely the right side finished combos first, then all the finished combos on the left side. That might be rather intense, as long as my dvd player doesn't take a long time switching between finished combos.
Another question: anyone up for a 'reward challenge'? That is, everytime you finish the day's workout (tailored to your own preferences), you give yourself something, like say $1. When you finish the entire rotation you take all the money you earned (it will directly reflect how many workouts you did), and buy yourself a treat. Maybe a new Cathe dvd, or a half-hour massage, that kind of thing. Anyone up for it? I've already earned $2.00
