<---called the vet
<---says the receptionist told her that Chey is perkier today and that they are offering her water and will start offering her food later. She still has diarrhea, but isn't vomiting anymore.
<---will call again at 5 p.m. for another update and we will decide then if she will stay there tonight
<---keeps imagining her alone and scared in her little cage...
<---says that all of this brings back bad memories of when Cheyenne had her "miscarriage" a few years ago. She was pregnant with 5 puppies - we even have the photo of the ultrasound. Things went horribly wrong just weeks before she was due and she had to have an emergency c-section/hysterectomy. Still remembers going in to get her and her hooked up to her IV all scared and shaking in the crate. It was awful.
<---is sure she is snuggled up with a blanky in her crate doing fine, but keeps imaging it the other way
<---thinks it is a good thing she doesn't have children since she cannot even handle her doggie being sick...
 
<--sends Chey a hug and will be thinking about her all day
<--is delighted that mom will be at a rehab center very close to home

<--says they cleaned out savings for home repairs for wiener dog surgery
