You were all right.......after 11 days of getting up at 4:30am to workout I've gotten my AM workouts to be a habit. My alarm goes off and WOW I'm ready to roll after a cup of coffee and a breath of fresh air. I have yet to conquer Cathe, but I think I'm ready. I've been on the treadmill or WATP just to get used to the morning moving of my body. I'm happy to report that I'm ready for Cathe in the AM.
Now, I just need to find a rotation that will be used. I have about 40 pounds to lose so I'm not sure what to start with. Any ideas?
